Emma_B Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 (edited) Well I am only sending one valentine's this year, and its a big fat parcel of cakes and sweeties to my best friend, who's at another university and who has tonsillitis! And I would send it to her anyway because you don't have to wait for February 14th to show someone that you love them. Edited February 10, 2006 by Emma_B Quote
Nathan Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 We send valentines at school but I'm not going out with anyone at the moment and neither is my sis so to make sure that we don't feel left out, we sent each other chocolates Quote
Kimmy Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Naww! At my school they do flowers and you can send them to people. I've sent 3, One to my friend as a joke, one to my friend for her birthday (which is today lol) and one to the guy I like lol Quote
Nathan Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Yea.. same at our school. My sis nd her friends put money together and bought this boy some chocolates who wasn't well-liked among everyone at school. He'd always be in the toilet reading. Quote
.:Danni:. Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Well my school must be againist the whole thing because they never did anything. Quote
Holly Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Ive never recieved a valentines and never sent one, not sure if I ever will. Everything has been commercialised now expecially Christmas. When I was little there used to be Santa's walking around giving lollies, decorations everywhere and music playing. But now kidies only get to talk to Santa if theyre getting their photo taken and everything is about presents!!! It takes the magic out of it. Everything is like it, I went to my local shop and 2 weeks ago they had Easter Eggs out already! It is ridiculus(Sorry cant spell properly today) Quote
