Ryan Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 I've been contacted about it, but unfortunately listening to my voice is a cure for insomniacs. Watch the father Ted Xmas Special, there's a guy there like me in the lingerie section. Quote
Frankie Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 If you are going to be at the Uni Merc, then you should get free net access in the uni library. They may also have it where you are staying if you are lucky. Most uni residences have net link ups these days....and there are lods of net cafes too so you can still talk to us. We shall expect daily updates from York. Quote
MarMar Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 They have internet in the dormatories, but as far as I've found out, they seel vouchers for a whole year (£60), after Christmas (£40). I've e-mailed the computer-people at the uni, so I hope to get an answer tomorrow or Tuesday. I'll bring a cat5-cable in case I can't figure out something before I leave. The teacher going with is says we should be able to use all the fascilities, as normal students, so I don't see why I can't get a temp username and password. Hope I'll figure something out, or I'll use the computer rooms/library. If I can't get internet on the laptop, I won't be on much, though. Quote
Frankie Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 One of the locals might let you utilise thier acess if you are lucky. Ilet a yank use mine recently whe we had some staying over her. Quote
MarMar Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 Maybe. Don't know what to do without Live Journal, My Space, this board and the Norwegian H&A-board. Quote
Frankie Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 Hell, this is the only one that matters. Quote
