Ah I did use dark chocolate! Although the Double Cream and Icing Sugar is probably the reason I can only manage one spoonful every five minutes - rather rich!

Hmm if anyone wants to know a quick way to feel sick (to bunk off work, school etc.) then follow this simple recipe and eat three teaspoons of it in the the space of 30 seconds

100g Dark Chocolate

200ml Double Cream

2 tbsp Icing Sugar

1. Whip the cream and sugar in a large bowl to form soft peaks.

2. Place the chocolate into a bowl, sat over a pan of simmering water and allow to melt.

3. Stir the melted chocolate into the cream, until combined.

4. Place in the fridge to chill for up to 20 minutes (or longer, if time allows)

Conclusion: Very nice dessert if eaten one spoon per five minutes!
