Sorry for the long wait, I've just been super busy but here's the new chapter.

 

Chapter 18:

 

The Morgan House

 

Justin and Mason are back at the house

 

Justin: what is your problem?

Mason: right now you!

Justin: hey I'm just trying to help

Mason: why do you want to know everything anyay

Justin: I don't!

Mason: well good then.. nice chat

Justin: Oi where not done here

Mason: aren't we?

Justin: no!

Mason: Can't we have any serect's in this family?

Justin: no! we have had enough, now spill!

Mason: I don't know?

Justin: what?

Mason: I didn't hear the message yet..

Justin: but you know who sent it?

Mason: yes

Justin: well..

Mason: well Lara sent it!

Justin: why?

Mason: I don't even know what it says?

Justin: play it

Mason: Oh yeah I was just about to and then this happened!

Mason: fine

Mason plays Lara's voicemail "Hey Mason, if your getting this message it might be too late, my father will hurt me but there's something you need to know about him....

Mason: yeah?

Justin: you think she got cut off?

The Hospital

 

Tori has come to see Hope

 

Hope: hey

Tori: hi

Hope: so Raffy thinks I should come stay with you

Tori: yeah she wants that

Hope: and everyone else?

Tori: undecided?

Hope: right.. maybe I can find accommodation elsewhere?

Tori: if you want

Hope: as long as I get to see Raffy I'll be fine

Tori: We'll help find somewhere

Hope: thanks I appreciate it

Tori: so just to ask are you over Justin?

Hope: yes I am 100%.. that feels like forever ago now..

Tori: yeah a lot has happened since then

Hope: yeah everyone's been filling me in

Tori: that's good

Hope: one last story though... witness protection?

Tori: yeah we should all explain that

Hope: fair enough, sometime soon though

Hope: its good being out of jail.. I feel different

Tori: I hope you can stay on the straight and narrow so to speak

Phoebe finds Brody outside on the porch

 

Phoebe: hey

Phoebe: what you doing out here all alone?

Phoebe: about?

Brody: secrets and how they will always come out eventually

Phoebe: sometimes you can bury them

Brody: nah I don't think so.. I think that's a cop out.. I think to really feel something and to want something that much well it'll never stay secret for ever

Phoebe: is this about Hope?

Brody: huh?

Phoebe: Justin said he found it weird you objecting to her staying here.. is it because she knows your secret?

Brody: see everything comes full circle eventually, you tell 1 person, you tell another and in the end it comes out and then what happens next? well that's anyone's guess

Phoebe: would you tell me?

Brody: do you even want to know really? would you be happy? would you be mad? would you care enough?

Phoebe: I don't know, you tell me?

Brody: I can't

Phoebe: Brody...

Mason was somewhat blasé about what seemed to be a rather desperate message from Lara! So, seems the "nay"s have won out with regards Hope although at least they're finding a way for her to stick around.
