Although i'm not into video games, all the super Mario references etc were funny ,.,...... as was "a lease? what lease?", the robotic killer knights and thye pils that turned that creature into a MEGAbutterfly !!!!

So I don't know Super Mario well enough to understand all the references but I'm guessing that's where the monkeys throwing coconuts come in?  Why is the snake wearing eyeshadow?

Really enjoyed the 'Here's Johnny!' Shining reference and John waiting to see whether they got it or not 

And now we know why all the animals are super-sized! That was a little careless of Hunter to just leave those pills lying around! And given Hunters propensity to go psycho, I don't think anyone wants him to be super-sized!

Fantastic chapter!!!  Loved this so much! There's nearly too much to point out. I loved Matt's distress at Phoebe's singing. I get upset too, lol! I see you've played knifey spoony before, lol!  VJ and Billie finally realised that this wasn't the best choice of destination for s honeymoon, and Hunter finally conceded that he hates living in a swamp!  Matt's safely back in his kangaroo too, and it didn't get cooked. That's a relief! And he's taking it home with him!! Yay!

Utterly hilarious and surreal: VJ trying to look on the bright side of the honeymoon, Hunter finally admitting he lives in a swamp, Matt being most afraid of Phoebe's singing, Luc and Luke, Alf messing up Matt's attempt to quote Crocodile Dundee... Brilliant!
