Ailsa initially thought it was Leah, she then secretly worked it out pretty quickly but didn't say anything to either of them, and it wasn't until after Ailsa's death that Alf let slip to Colleen that they'd known it was her.

Is Summer Bay a distant suburb of Sydney or a isolated town? I know Palm Beach is a Sydney suburb but casting aside real life, in James Oram's 1989 H&A book it said that Summer Bay is meant to be on the edge of the urban sprawl, but no exact info as to which urban sprawl. They always say "the city" and I always thought they meant Sydney as they did occasionally film in the Sydney central areas and you could recognise famous Sydney locations.

I think Erinsborough has also moved around, it is a suburb of Melbourne now but past refs seem to state it was a town in the sticks. The geography of Erinsborough and Summer Bay has been quite fluid though.

Erinsborough wasn't ID'd as Part of Melbourne until 1994 but so many distinguishing Landmarks and references to nearby places Bit hard to pretend it's anywhere else example Kim Taylor was seen visiting her family Physician in Oakleigh in the cliffhanger of Episode 3 to go on the pill (We now know she didn't as the Tanaka boys are here ?)

Any examples you can remember?

It would've been nice for Morag to finally make peace with Bobby and apologize now that she has passed. I think it was a wrong idea to cremate her again, no continuity.

Sam mentioned to Maz when she made her first return as a regular that he missed Bobby. She said she missed Bobby too.

Rebecca admitted some jealousy.

Bobby was never too far from Don's mind. I think she may have been mentioned during Byron's death as well as Alan.

Pippa took a spill in 1997 after being KO'd by Kye, one of Shannon's short term bfs and temporarily lost her memory after a month long coma and still thought Sam lived with Bobby.

Martha, after she went through a self destructive spell (abortion, pole dancing) chucked Bobby (not by name but her being given up in order for Morag to save her marriage to Richard and her judicial career, long time viewers would know wjo/what she was going on about) at Morag during an argument.

Don't think Narelle got mentioned after 1990.
