No.

To be honest, the whole thing was very confused and the show never fully established where Sophie grew up, and gave contradictory information about how much contact she had with Al.But the short answer is that Bobby didn't meet Sophie until early 1990 when they were both in their teens.

It was established that Sophie wasnt' Doris' daughter and Al mentioned had they had been trying for a child of their own post-adopting Bobby and it turned out "Doris was the problem, not him". Backstory's all over the shop though. Al most likely was messing around during his marriage and probably saw Sophie when he could.

The Anniversary was arranged by Dodge as a way to get in good with the Fletchers, i think it was in the 370s?

Tom and Pippa’s anniversary! I thought you meant anniversay of the Diner opening

I think Tom and Pippa's year of marriage has alternated between 1969 and 1975. It is a bit aggravating when a character's age/birthday is revealed which puts flesh on the bones, then a totally different age is given later on. Alf's birthdate has varied between 1943 and 1947 over the years.

Tom's middle name changed too. I remember there being a different name on his headstone when Sally and later, Pippa visited it after Michael came on the scene.
