It must be later than that, how about when the plane went down or even after that?

Oh yeah, I'll be honest, I forgot about the crash, so yeah, that was probably the last time.

While Ash and Tori's goodbye was sweet I still think he should have died either being crushed by that car or saving Tori from Ebony who I thought started out wanting revenge on the Morgans

That would be a very good idea, a very dramatic way for Ash to go and after the way he's been acting this year, if this actually did happen it would be sort of Ash's redemption, but on the whole, I'm glad Ash is leaving happy.

Well, I can't really fault the follow-up on Ty here...except maybe a couple of details, which I'll come to in a bit.The support that Ty's getting is good to see and is helping him accept who he is: John and Marilyn are playing a blinder here, perhaps especially John who, as he proved with Jett and to a certain extent Skye, is actually really good at the parenting thing when he needs to be.Alf finally gets around to telling Ryder that he did the right thing and he's proud of him, even though we don't get an apology. It feels like a big omission that we don't see Ty and Ryder's first meeting, instead jumping to them mid-scene.It's good and commendable that Ryder isn't treating Ty any differently but...I dunno. If Ty's meant to have feelings for him, I'd like to see a bit of disappointment at some point at the fact that he's not going to have the sort of relationship he wants with him, rather than being happy to be in the friend zone.Raffy continues to come across as far from perfect, but likable and believable: She doesn't want to make Ty feel bad, since deep down she knows there's nothing he can do about it, but she's not willing to toe the line and pretend it didn't hurt either. It feels like we're meant to disagree with her moving out but, as a lot of us have been saying for a while, it's absolutely the right thing to do: She has a family, and John and Marilyn need to leave her to them and concentrate on giving Ty the support he needs, not pretend that she's theirs. I'm hoping this move will be permanent while worrying that it won't be.

Robbo really messed up there, didn't he? In one swoop, he misses his chance to sleep with Ebony, blows his cover and ends up standing over what looks like a dead body.If Ebony has killed Hazel...well, she won't be missed and ironically it may even have helped Justin, but with that and trying to kill Colby, she's definitely irredeemable now.So it seems Harding is her legal surname and those early episodes crediting her as Ebony Easton were wrong. In which case, how? Was she married? Did she use a different parent's name? Did she change it to distance herself from the Eastons? Lance ringing up Robbo with details on her is mildly amusing if you know the actors' connection from H2O Just Add Water: You're half-expecting him to reveal that she's a mermaid. (Also, I'm assuming scenes were re-ordered and that was meant to be Ty's crutches Jasmine was collecting when she nearly saw Ebony, when in fact the scene came after Ty was back in town with the crutches.Doesn't make any difference of course, she could easily have been collecting them for something else.)

So Ryder continues to prove what a good friend he is by making it explicit to Ty that nothing has changed as far as he's concerned. If only all kids were so emotionally attuned in knowing the right way to react; that was a sweet (if short) scene between the pair of them. But as Red points out, it's only really addressing half of Ty's worries - the possibility that Ryder would reject him as a friend - leaving the romantic rejection steadfastly unspoken-about. It niggles me a bit when soaps do this with gay characters, as if the coming out in general also magically resolves the specific feelings for the individual person.

To be fair, there is a degree of realism in the way this played out on the surface - after an admission of feelings like this from a gay guy to a straight guy, the instinct for both parties does often tend to be to a reversion to a buddy/banter kind of friendship, as if nothing has changed. For the straight guy, this is a welcome excuse not to talk any further about the colossal elephant in the room, and for the gay guy it allows him to immediately resume spending time with the Ryder-figure in the way he desperately wants to, but which might not be the most conducive path to getting closure on those feelings - which had evidently got very intense for Ty and presumably haven't just gone away. Underneath, it's still likely to be painful and confusing for him to be around Ryder - and so, while I'm thrilled their friendship appears to have survived this, I also felt like there needed to be a bit of a candid conversation around how things have changed - whereas instead, we seemed almost to be sliding into "let's never speak of it again" territory with the speed at which it was wrapped up. Perhaps we'll get something more later on; I hope so. I can't really complain too much, though; we have been spoiled over the last couple of episodes in terms of screentime for this, so I guess it's only fair that Ebony gets a look-in again now.

Difficult to disagree with Raffy that it's now a good idea she moves to her siblings' for a few days. Putting aside my strong sympathies for Ty and his situation, Raffy absolutely has a right to be angry - she's obviously been hurt tremendously by someone she cares deeply about, probably every bit as much as Ty cares for Ryder. While I agree with Marilyn and John's decision to protect Ty's confidence for the few hours or whatever before he asked them to tell Raffy the turth, I don't think it's fair for them now to expect her to stick it out and play happy families with Ty until she's at least had a chance to get it out of her system. I was surprised we didn't see Coco too, as after all she'd kept the secret from Raffy longer than John and Marilyn had.

Presumably all of that's still to come when the storyline next resumes - it's a safe bet we've now seen the last of it for a few days, I think, given what else is kicking off. I didn't even pay attention to the Ebony scenes initially, then got to the end and realised just how much I ought to have been. Colby being needled was a big enough cliffhanger - but Hazel dead? Are we expected to think Ebony killed her just to frame Robbo? Seems kind of extreme!

Well Robbo was right when he called himself an idiot. Why didn’t he go straight to the police (with Colby) when he got the information from Lance? Instead he gets himself set up for murder. Muppet. Now that he’s going to need to clear his name, does he still have that cctv camera in the flat? I can’t remember what happened to it.

Ash returning was a tad boring I thought but I think the show is quite dull this year I like Ty and Ryders story and Maggie story is ok but it's not the happiest story to be tuning into

Well, to start off, I'm very disappointed with Robbo who, as well as pretty much being the smartest guy in the Ebony storyline, has messed up here big time, hasn't he? He's always been cool and smart when it came to dealing with Ebony, but then for no real reason, he looses his nerve and gives Ebony a chance to blow his cover and he missed a huge chance to catch her out by missing Lance's call and ending it before it got even started. And then he ends up walking upon a murder scene, therefore getting himself into heaps of trouble! And speaking of the body, not only was it extreme for Ebony to kill Hazel, it also doesn't really make sense. Are we suppose to believe that Ebony, who got involved with this in the first place to get revenge for her brother's death, would kill off her own mother to do it? How does that work? But still, I absolutely will not miss Hazel. And also, Ebony took a enormous risk going into the hospital to get what she needed when Jasmine could have easily spotted her or Tori  or one of the many other hospital personnel who must have at some point walked into Salts and saw her there. But anyway Ebony has shown that's she's pretty much irredeemable now, given the cruel way she behaved around Colby when she drugged him. Hopefully he'll be found soon and then Robbo's name will be cleared.

Mwanwhile, the Ty storyline continues to be great to watch, from Ryder and Ty's friendly gentle banter, and John's support for Ty and Alf praising Ryder and Marilyn being there for Raffy. I love that Ryder continues to be around Ty without any problems and continues to be a great friend, but like Red, I would have liked to see the two of them discuss what the kiss might mean for them, but I guess one step at a time. Meanwhile Raffy, while I sympathise with Ty the most, her behaviour, while angry, is understandable and sympathetic. Even when she talks around Ty, it's civil, so that's nice. She's been hurt, so I do see where she's coming from and why she wanted Marilyn to support her as well. On the plus side, Raffy's seems to be heading back to the Morgan's, which is good. I have nothing against John and Maz, but I've always been against the move, and wanted her to be with her actual family. Also, with Ebony leaving and Hazel definitely out of the picture the house would be safer now. She is right, Ty has John and Maz to help him, and she needs her family to help her. You're right, Red, John and Marilyn need to accept that.
