I liked seeing Justin and Tori's reactions to finding out who Ebony is.  McCarthy did seem more reasonable but then he went back to being unreasonable.  Admittedly it was good detective work with Tori and Jasmine although Tori shared confidential patient records (on Ebony) with somebody outside of the hospital.

Diana's reaction to Ben was very understandable even though Maggie didn't want her to know about the cancer.  She also had a point about Ziggy's wedding.  I do think she's been manipulative but Ben's reaction annoyed me as he seemed to be putting personal pride before his wife's well being.

Interesting. Substitute “her” for “he” and “daughter” for “wife” and that’s exactly how I see Diana!

I actually really hate the way they have brought her in and created (for me) totally uneccesary drama, when up to that point they were (unusually for a soap) handling Maggie’s cancer storyline really well.

Probably stole it or went down the Yabbie Creek costume shop ??

Same way anyone who wants to pretend to be a medical person, just pick up a white coat, not that many docs do wear them much theses days, stick a stethoscope that's lying around round your neck and look like you belong there.  The guy who drugged Nat managed to get his hands on a mask as well.

Same here, Ben was going along with Maggie's wishes. As I said in my post Maggie knew what Diana would be like and she doesn't need that extra stress.

Extenuating circumstances since Ebony is a murderer of at least one person, maybe more for all we know?

I thought everyone was out of line with Diana I think she's bound to be a donour as well

Diana is just too pushy and Maggie isn't firing on all cylinders to be able to tell her to back off also Diana is too old to be a donor.

Okay, really not getting why Brody is moving in with Ziggy, her parents and her school age sister, which is probably even sadder than Justin living with his siblings. Not too long ago Brody wanted to rent the Diner flat for them, so it can't be a financial thing.I'd understand if Ziggy wants to be close to her family at the moment, but it seems like we've missed the discussion and the show's acting like it's somehow the most normal thing ever.Meanwhile, I felt no sympathy at all for Coco, since it's only a week since she was doing her best to make things as hard for Maggie as possible, and Alf's obligatory scene with her fell completely flat.Ben continues to come across pretty well as the voice of reason, while Diana just can't face that there's nothing she can do to help and is pushing everyone away.Frankly, if Maggie does die, I don't imagine how Diana feels about him will really be on his list of priorities.

It's not even been six months and here we are again, with Tori acting like Robbo's self-appointed guardian angel and putting him ahead of her own family, and again not thinking the fact she's risked Justin's access to Ava in order to keep him out of remand (without even the excuse of the mental health issues that got forgotten after that one counselling session he walked out of this time) deserves any more than a dismissive shrug. Robbo nearly skipped out on bail last time, and this time he breaks the conditions and risks the Morgans' surety within hours by sneaking out to the hospital cunningly disguised with a baseball cap for no good reason. (The promo tries to give a reason but it doesn't make sense.)They should have left him in remand for his own good and everyone else's, and left it up to his lawyer and the police to sort things out.I'm guessing since there's no mention of Tori and co's new evidence that it didn't make any difference.

Perhaps surprising that Brody is moving in with the Astonis post-wedding, rather than them getting a flat together - I suppose there are only so many standing sets that the show can sustain, but I'd have thought the second most likely option would be to live with the Morgans, who at least are siblings rather than parents, thereby winning marginally in the 'walls are thin' stakes in that all-important post-abortive-honeymoon period. I'm guessing the reasoning is that Ziggy wants to be close to her family at this point in time, though, which is fair enough. Diana continued to be especially obnoxious. It seemed to me that the principle of Maggie going to Europe wasn't a totally unreasonable one; nothing else has helped so far and Maggie was ready to give up this time last week, so it could have been worth a try. What was totally unreasonable, however, was Diana stamping her feet and raining down fiery judgement on anyone who dared to query her approach. Ultimately, Tori seemed against the European trials on balance and I tend to trust her on matters medical, so maybe the risks outweigh the potential benefits.

Outside the sphere of medicine, meanwhile, Tori undid all the goodwill she earned last episode with her investigatory skills, and proved herself particularly selfish  in agreeing to bail out, house and supervise Robbo without consulting Justin at all, especially given his ongoing difficulties in convincing Nina to let him see Ava. And Robbo was even more selfish in accepting all that help, before immediately opting to break his bail conditions just because he thinks no-one else in town is competent enough to run this investigation. I mean, admittedly, he's probably right that they're not; but even so, it's frankly difficult to see how hotfooting it to the hospital in what he fondly imagines is a state of incognito to interview a still-comatose Colby is going to help resolve the situation.

Well, Willow has improved herself by calling help for Alf and getting rid of the skimmer but of course it went to the bin for Dean to pick up to be used for more illegal trouble. Hopefully Willow will realise that Dean is only trouble and will end their relationship before this Brett guy comes for his 6 grand.

Also McCarthy has improved as well for a while, actually giving Robbo a chance to explain himself and being concerned for Colby's well-being, though ultimately it didn't do much to help Robbo's case. Hazel's abusing Ebony did come as a shock, so I guess that she must have been holding in all that hate and waited for the right time to strike. It was disappointing to see McCarthy not doing anything with that, even though Robbo's theory is beginning to look much more believable. At least Robbo has Justin and Tori on his side, but I would like Justin to helping him just to be nice rather than him wanting to do it just to get to see Ava again. Also, while I like on how Tori still looks after Robbo, I really wish she could have discussed supervising him for his bail with the rest of the family before doing it. Though I'm curious as to while Robbo is sneaking into the hospital, though I hope it's for a good reason for breaking the Morgan's trust.

Well, we got Colby back for a moment before having to go back on the ventilator. I did like how caring Jasmine was, I mean of course she'd be concerned but considering how the two ended, it's nice to see. I also liked her scenes with Tori and Mason, especially while they were doing, let's be honest here, what the police should have been doing in the first place rather than being one-sided and blaming it all on Robbo.

I, like everyone else here, have mixed feelings about Diana, she should have been told in the first place, I mean, this is her daughter's life, she had to be there, so I completely understand why she was so upset about not being told, though I'm doubtful about the treatment in Europe because, while there is a chance it should work and really nothing they've tried in the Bay has worked, I wouldn't think that Maggie would be able for the trip and Tori, who is at her best when she's doing her job, isn't all for it. and, as you said atrus, Diana was acting very obnoxious and pig-headed about it especially, when you really come down to it, it's really Maggie's choice so it's hard to agree with her decisions.  Also Brody moving in with the Astonis, well, with this I'm conflicted, because it's a bit weird, even weirder than living with your siblings when you're, I don't know, 30 years or so old, also it could lead to added pressure in the house with the added presence of Diana and last time I remember, wasn't Brody and Ziggy looking for a flat? I get the one above the Diner is out of the picture, but surely there's many other options, but I guess, like Red and atrus said, Ziggy wanted to be with her family at this time, and Brody agreed, so that's alright, but hopefully when it's all over, they'll look for a place of their own.

I loved Alf's banter with Mason and Hunter about being the strongest man in the Bay and it's good to hear Mason and Dempsey are still a couple. And Olivia got a offer for the wedding dress she makes, so good for her, I guess. ?

Robbo's bail conditions do seem very harsh, guess there is no tag this time, house arrest, he can't even go into the back garden?  He had more freedom when he was hiding in the shed!    Was it mentioned cops would be doing spot checks  to ensure he was where he was supposed to be? As it is Mason has been left trying to divert the cop who called round. Robbo is a doer not a sit arounder so has to be really frustrating for him. Justin said he felt frustrated when Ava went missing and he couldn't do anything, but at least he could leave the house.   If he, Robbo,  makes contact with Colby as in manages to talk to him,  that's two conditions of bail he's broken. There isn't much Colby could tell him depending on what he remembers and it won't help his case. Only a certain amount of info on someone a ordinary member of the public could dig up on the internet. Good point Red, if he'd been held in remand he would have had to just put up with it, probably the knowledge Colby is so near made it irresistible, the Fed in him, I guess.  A base ball cap is the least of any ott disguise he could have used , hat, coat with collar pulled up.  Once again security was lax, he was just able to stroll around with no-one questioning him. I did laugh at Tori's comment in the trailer "Tell me I'm dreaming".

Would have been a tad cramped if Ziggy had moved in with Brody seeing as Robbo is now at the Morgan's.   Of course Raffy is 'safely' at Marilyn & John's.  The Astoni's place may be bigger but doesn't appear to be that much more room.  I guess we all blinked and missed the 'move into mine' talk between Ziggy and Brody, Ben & Maggie would have had to agree seeing as it their house.  It does make sense while Maggie is in hospital but can't see it as a permanent solution. Ben, who I noticed didn't blink an eye at  seeing Robbo at the Morgan's, did right by running Diana's 'brilliant' idea by Tori who then was able to do her own research into it.

Frankly I felt Diana was very insulting towards Tori when she called her a small town doctor who wasn't able to help her daughter, she wasn't the only one, there was Maggie's consultant involved in it and the rest of the team.  True they don't have the same resources a big city hospital would have but what Diana didn't even consider was that the same people have managed to keep Maggie alive this long.  Tori put across a very good argument that the treatment Diana wanted Maggie to have could only potentially help and it was in her and Dr. Cullum's opinion Maggie wouldn't be up for the journey.  No matter what any of the family think, in the end it is Maggie's decision if she is to die she wants to be with her family not hundreds of miles away. All this arguing isn't helping Maggie who should be concentrating on her health. Ziggy certainly wasn't overjoyed at finding at Diana was in the bay and Diana wasted no time at having a swipe at her for all she had put her mother through over the years.  I felt sorry for Coco being caught in the middle.  Brody did the right thing by keeping out of it when all the arguing was going on, he knew better than to interfere.

Not much to say today. If I was Maggie I'd probably be letting Diana stew for a while; she's probably going to be more of a hindrance than help unless the family agrees to do exactly what she tells them. Robbo's behaviour continues to be frankly bizarre and Tori's was too; why on earth risk Robbo's bail again by letting him talk to Colby on the phone when the police are prowling around outside, rather than just getting Tori to ask him everything he needs to know? And then when he decides to give up his bail, Robbo just walks out of the house without calling the police to inform them first? Isn't that going to risk Tori losing her surety if he's seen before the bail is officially rescinded? On the plus side, with Colby awake the balance of evidence is tipping further towards Ebony being responsible for all this; Robbo's not out of the woods as regards Hazel but at least he's not the only suspect now. Presumably Colby's going to have to break a few laws if he wants to start searching medical records for his sister - or get someone else to break them for him.
