When will Lucy Addario's reign end?

I looked on Wikipedia and most producers of H&A have lasted 5 or 6 years, Lucy is at the 6 mark now, so who thinks her reign might come to an end soon?

It will be 7 years in January, and we are halfway through 2018 already. I think her format for the show has attracted more newer viewers while alienating many old school H&A fans. River Boys etc. Although to be fair, the Braxtons arrived before Lucy was producer.

I think not just with Lucy, but with others, the show needs new blood, but people who understand every era. This is why it would be great to get Bevan Lee back to mentor people on the shows history. What is needed is people who are very big fans of the show, or were at some point.

I don't know what the ratings are for the show currently, and how well it's doing in Australia or the UK, but Lucy made me stop watching.

I'd say some new blood is well overdue, however Seven may be happy with her work, and seek a similar replacement.

I just mean that the things affected by her decisions will continue to be in place as per the plan after her last day. It would take some time for A new person, with a new direction to have impact.

The same thing happened when Susan Bower left Neighbours. The ongoing story arcs she had implemented naturually ended, as opposed to just all suddenly from the new EP's first episode.

The main difference to understand about Susan Bower's role as Executive Producer on Neighbours and Lucy's role as Series Producer on Home and Away, is that Susan overlooked both story and production, while Lucy only overlooks production...
