I didn't  think I did Slade, must have been the way you phrased it.

Nope, you misunderstood the post.

Thought I saw the actress that played Amber from somewhere but completely forgot she was in Wentworth until I watched a couple of the earlier episodes last week.  Again, not keen on her and this was one of the issues that I immediately had when she told Dean, Jai was his.  It's obviously the natural thing for writers to do i.e. Amber wanting a relationship and this was why I was against it.  The fear is that Amber will use Jai as leverage and as Dean is a decent guy he will do the right thing.  I'm not a fan of Ziggy at all but just feel she doesn't deserve to have a third relationship ruined by her partner going for someone else.

Have to admit, I found the fallout from Colby going with Taylor from Dean, Willow and Bella quite amusing.  It was also amusing seeing Dean tell off two people close to him for being crazy in two successive episodes.  If you remove the moral element there is a certain degree of logic to what Colby is doing i.e he's already gotten valuable information out of Taylor.  However he came across as very sociopathic, bragging about the fact that he gotten away with murder and ignoring the effect it had on Bella.  Even Willow had to point out how he came across.

Every time Ava shows up I always end up feeling really sorry for her because she often has such a sad face.  Even though it was time for Grace's nap, didn't like the way Marilyn took Grace off her.  Must be good for Marilyn often having Grace to herself.

Is it possible to fall in love with twins, within a few weeks of meeting both of them??  We'll see with Roo if the answer is yes.  I did find it funny when she asked Owen on a 'date', walked off and he had to ask the time and place.

Whilst Nikau did well can't say I was that keen on him wanting to leave work early.  I had high hopes for him initially.  But for the most part don't find him to be very interesting although I don't actively dislike him.  I feel the same about Ryder and Bella, although Ryder is funny sometimes.  I think the group of youngsters works better when they are at school but that was effectively made redundant with the departure of Coco, Raffy, Maggie handing her notice and leaving and Bella deciding to adopt a different approach to her learning.

Whilst crazy Jasmine was only in one scene we got to see a bit of her cleavage so I'm not complaining!

You didn't make it clear  you meant it may happen for real at a later date.

As I've already 'said' one thing lying to an adult about a little person being  their child but to the child themselves, deliberately?  Charlotte  believed Zac was Hunter's son and then long ago there was Angie Russell who thought her son Dylan was Rhys Sutherland's.

That info Colby got wasn't anything to do with him quizzing Taylor, she just mentioned it in passing.  Didn't Angelo say they had just found the car?

Nephlim14,  I'm sure we, Red and I, made ourselves perfectly clear about what happened after Ross was shot.

Marilyn did the right thing in putting Grace to bed when she did,  a change in routine for babies her ages easily disturb them, not as Ava wouldn't be seeing her again was it? It had been Robbo's idea that Ava be a part of Grace's life, sort of a big 'sister'.  Leah and Ava mentioning Mason made me wonder what he would have said to Justin about his determination not to have the op.  Justin has to tell Ava, he can't keep making excuses to not to play games with her, she's a bright girl, just what he tells her is up to him.  See poor Buddy has been exiled to the garden again. ?

Irene hadn't seen Owen in the flesh then and both her and Nik made the same comment that he really did look like Evan, well no **** Sherlocks they were identical  twins!  If Owen wasn't Evan's identical twin would she be having the same confused feelings about him or is it a kind of transference as she had fallen for Evan and now here is Owen, giving her a second chance maybe.  It's not written is stone how long you have known someone for to fall in love with them. He was an interesting guy who had led a varied and exciting life so they would have talked a lot where she got to know him a man, his regrets about not having Ryder in his life earlier and how things may have turned out differently if he had. Was funny her arranging to meet Owen later without any details. His ruminating about if they had known each other  earlier he could have been Evan's accountant/manager was rather poignant.

Ryder did try and get Nik to bunk off work early but he turned him down saying he had to finish his work for  Alf, even told Bella he didn't want to let Alf down seeing as it was her who'd got him his job back.  He did do that last job for Alf who saw how hard he had worked.

Jasmine did look a lot like her old self and admitted to Willow visiting Robbo's grave had helped her.

Alf's episode count this week:Three.

It is somewhat frustrating that, for all her too-little-too-late apologies, Tori has got her own way: Ava knows and has put pressure on Justin to have the operation. The way Tori's been behaving almost leaves me hoping Justin doesn't have the operation. It feels as though Ava hasn't really had it explained to her from Justin's point of view: That he could stay like this long term without deteriorating and that the operation could make him worse.Instead, he's finding it hard to say no to those big eyes.

Roo seems more than a little flustered where Owen's concerned and Ryder seems to have picked up on it faster than the grown-ups.There is definitely a danger of this being transference: Whilst she more or less recognises he's different from Evan, it feels like there are enough similarities for her to be confused.

The last time we saw Jasmine this full of beans she thought she was pregnant.Unlikely to be that this time, since she hasn't been with a man all season...

We've certainly had  a change of pace the last couple of episodes from the Colby/Angelo driven ones.

Although Justin did initially chicken out of telling Ava but glad he did,  I don't think he knows the full implications himself so how could he tell Ava.    There is the chance he could stay like this long term with no deterioration or  he could  take the chance of leaving it too late for anything to be done.  He hasn't totally committed himself yet as he's asked for a second opinion which he has every right to.  Leah was good with her.

Roo enjoys Owen's company but I wonder if she may feel guilty that she is so soon after Evan. He must feel awkward too though he shouldn't.   Ryder is a smart cookie and does pick up on things adults don't. He may feel worried either or both could get hurt.

Owen should have a moment where he looks in a mirror and his reflection talks back (Evan vision) causing him to think he's wigging out.

Evan: You should totally go for it mate

Owen: Aaah!  B-b-but You're dead.

Evan:  Yeah but what are you gonna do?

Owen:  This is not happening!

Evan: But it is. Roo likes you, you can't lose. Oh and you need to practice. Badly *vanishes*

Owen: I'm  never drinkin' again.

Whilst I'm still not keen on the way Tori went about it, I guess it is good that Justin's agreed to have the surgery. For all his casual attitude, Christian did a good job of relating to him and explaining things to him, and they both did a good job of putting Tori in her place when she tried to take over.

Bit hard on Owen for Roo to send her dad to cancel their date for her, but she was obviously never comfortable with it.I did like the initial byplay between her and Marilyn, and Roo and Owen subsequently going on a definitely-not-a-date walk confused just about everyone, probably including them.

I suppose I should give Tane credit for sticking to his plans to stay on the straight and narrow, although it doesn't seem to have put him on the good side of his old associates: That stab wound looked a bit nasty.

A couple of oddities that have cropped up: After previously being credited simply as 'Owen', he's now on the credits as 'Owen Slater', which makes no sense when his birth name was Harper and Slater was Evan's adopted surname unless he was also adopted by someone called Slater. (An article on the main site gave his surname as Davidson, but it hasn't been mentioned on the show.) And the showmakers have apparently abandoned the idea of doing trailers for the next week/block or double bills, since the one we got on Friday was apparently just for today's episode.
