Does H&A have a Story Consultant? Like someone who has a knowledge of H&A's past who can adivse newer recruits?

I know H&A will probably be on before it gets answered, but does anyone know if H&A, Neighbours and all the other shows tonight are going to be on? I know since the bombing in New York some programmes might not be on (I don't understand that though, they have had all day to report on it, including different channels and a hundred news station on at 5pm-6pm, how much more can they report)

There was an episode last year after Dexter got out of hospital after the crash. I didn't watch the whole episode but I remember at the end there was a scene in the Walker house and Dexter was laying on the couch Crying and went Sid comes to find out what it wrong Dexter says he knows he is a burden to everyone and he knows it would have been better if he had just died.

Does anyone remember which episode it was ?
