Is the current Summer Bay House exterior a real house or just a facade? And was the old one a real house? I know a fire (I think?) destroyed the original house so I believe it's now a new location?

Yes it's a real house, and it's the original house that was meticulously rebuilt from the burnt-out shell.

Thanks! Wow, I'm surprised it's the same location as SBH looks so different to the early years, but I guess that's just because it was rebuilt. The surrounding location looks very different too. I assume they have to pay for use of the house exterior then?
