Holding a person's face in any way during a kiss is all about taking control of that kiss, making sure it all goes your way and that you decide when it ends, what direction it goes in etc. Now why would he want to do that? There was no way Claire would do that to Peter after all they had been through, and no way Pete would stand by and do nothing about his fiance being sexually harassed. Ok, so he's not the smartest detective on the block but he would've done something about that! So......the real reason finally comes out aye. Ooohhhhh he's a dark horse our Pete. Bit of a rogue though going after his bro's wife........again! Then again, Pete has always liked Leah and has never gotten over her. Tough luck Dan lol!
