New episode title:

3.21 The Darkness Before the Dawn (fka "The Dawn Patrol")

From SpoilerFix.com:

Sandy meets with the Urban Planning Committee in a restaurant. To Sandy's displeasure, Matt shows up and tells him that he expects to be compensated by Dr. Griffin for the lost of pay, pain and suffering, after the man got him fired from the Newport Group. Sandy tells Dr. Griffin about Matt. At school, Summer tries to catch Seth's attention, but he pretends he doesn't see her. Later they talk about their couple. Marissa skips school. Julie warns Volchock that Marissa will soon realize he's a jerk and that she'll leave him. She wants him to tell her daughter that she'll always be there for her and that she wants her to come back home. Ryan is concerned when he sees his mother's new boyfriend. At a bar, Chloe and Ryan talk about Dawn and get to know one another (see spoilers below for more on Chloe). Kirsten meets with Dr. Woodruff to get his opinion about her relationship with Sandy (they haven't been saying eye to eye lately).

I love Taylor too... shes so funny and upbeat and great! *crosses fingers* about the rumour of her becoming a regular next season

I'm becoming a traitor to my own beliefs however, and beginning to think Ryan and Marissa are better off as friends. Not that they've ever really been friends...
