I can't believe nothing good happens! To be honest, I've been getting a bit bored of the show recently. I'm not sure why, but I think they're going to struggle to keep it going for a long time like Dawson's Creek. I think the problem might be that it's obvious how it's all going to turn out. In DC, you never knew who would end up together. Some people liked Joey and Dawson, others liked Joey and Pacey (or, like me, some were Joey and Eddie fans ). But in The OC it seems obvious that Summer and Seth and Ryan and Marissa are meant to be together. There's only so many times they can break up and get back together. Also with Sandy and Kirsten, I for one don't want to see them break up, and I don't think they realistically would. They're obviously going to get back together in the end anyway. In DC it worked when they brought in new love interests for the characters, but I don't think characters like Lindsay and Alex were that effective.
