I get that Felicity was blaming Rose for Cash but it is his job to stop criminals

Although Kirby looked very nice her and Theo’s parts I found very boring

I’ll say this for Felicity: When she is unfair to someone, she regrets it afterwards. It would be nice not to do it in the first place though. Rose shouldn’t really be blaming herself. It’s all right to say with hindsight that she should have said something, but Cash is her superior and muscled in on her operation.

Justin suddenly realises that there is a reason to worry about Theo’s TAFE stuff after all. Theo and Kirby has come out of nowhere a bit but they do have chemistry.

Is it wrong I absolutely fell about laughing at Tex's handcuff comment to Rose, naughty boy! ?

A minor detail but I love how they keep working in the Taiaha, nice touch of continuity, also Ethan and Kawa have great chemistry, the petulant look Nik gave Tane when Tane inferred about the punishment. Thinking back to when Tane first came in this whole racket seems as if it would've been up his street, even pre-Bay rather than Ari bu t that's just me.

He nipped a few of those, if he wasn't such a bad 'un, he was quite the charmer.

I think Nik found the Taiaha calming and may have made him decide to do what he did.  Tane may have been a dodgy guy, but drugs weren't his style, remember how panicked he got when he realised drugs were hidden in the van he nicked.

Very dramatic scenes with Dr. Bree Armstrong and once that had been all been sorted, I imagine she found a quiet corner to collapse in.   Did she, like many others, Rose for one btw, think moving to a quiet coastal town would be peaceful - HUH! She was very calming to all and sundry, not 'lying' to them, but telling them how it was/is.  Perhaps medics call it a chest injury even though it did look like it was his shoulder.

This time it was Xander that kept his cool and it was Rose that had the melt down - big time.  Delayed reaction too, I guess.   Hindsight is a wonderful thing, they were all reacting to what was going on, they didn't have time to think. Of course, she would blame herself, but what she supposed to do, prevent him leaving the surveillance truck and force him to put on his hi-vis?  In Cash's absence was she in charge? How did he find out about it anyway, he knew enough to want to take Flick in for 'questioning', presumably to keep her safe.

Good we saw the follow up, sort of, from the arrest and the fact Tane and Nik are having to go along with the ploy they were 'involved' well Nik is, he didn't know about the sting.  Tane having to hush Nik up and Felicity's amazement Tane was involved with it all.

I was surprised but glad Felecity didn't have a panic attack. Flick's reaction to Roses' involvement was perfectly natural, of course she knows he's a cop, but whenever something bad happens to them the relatives are still shocked and wondering why and how it happened.  I'm glad Flick did apologise to Rose, she feels bad enough and blames herself anyway.  Cash will certainly tell her not to, it was his actions, everyone was busy, nabbing the bikkies.  Maybe and it's just my thoughts he didn't really care of what could happen.?

We did get a bit more news about Jas and her decision, as Irene told Alf Jas obviously felt more at home with Ian and Wendy and closer to Robbo than she did in the bay. I had a wry smile when she said Cash would take a while to get over it but it would help to get back to work, then she got the call!  Irene will be on her own for the first time in a long while.

OK yes Rose is a cop so should know a bad guy when she sees one, but Tex - aka Leigh - was very good at what he did.  He fooled Maz, Irene, Roo and Alf.  Maz I felt was rather hurt that Alf thought she'd let Tex  go anywhere near the Caravan Park accounts.  Tex did know what buttons to push with Rose, he was a smart guy and knew exactly who she was talking about when she said she was playing him to get over someone else.  I liked her talk with Xander on the beach the next morning and just a brief mention of Jas, though I guess they - or she - had other things to think about rather than the half/stepsister who had ditched them.

We did get and need some lighter relief from Theo and Kirby - why do I always want to call her Drew? Where were Eden & Remi?  It did look at the end and what we saw in the trailer Remi had concerns about the two of them getting close, very close.  Rebound on both sides and that is never good. At least it looked like Lyrik were moving out of the Parata's so Justin won't have to worry about Theo getting caught up in their troubles, he did seem concerned when he heard about the bikkies, but funnily enough when he did catch up with Theo he never mentioned it.

Seems Ziggy was right about having doubts about Theo finding time to do his TAFE work along with the gigs, rehearsing, writing new stuff.  Justin can't force him to do it, he'll just dig his heels in.

All caught up.

That's what happens when you take Umbrage with the parent broadcaster and watch somewhere else then let it pile up...

Until Remi plays the "Smells Like Teen Spirit" riff, Lyrik can go jump.

Didn't Theo learn from ChloRyder about Burning the candle at both ends?

Mac is kind of the thin side, isn't she?

Mazza, you're so transparent...

Ziggy did a good job initially of getting Theo to knuckle down but ended up playing agony aunt to him instead.Still, it seems her prompting worked since he's apparently getting down to his TAFE work in the end. This, of course, is only because of Remi and Eden putting the full-on brakes on him and Kirby. They agreed to it but they didn't look too happy...The ex-Braxton/Hunter/Holden/etc house seems to have had a makeover since we last saw it, although the geography is more or less recognisable.Eden deciding to take Flick's place at Salt is kind of her and it's probably smart to have another source of income, although it does make me wonder how long it will take for Lyrik to all get "ordinary" jobs...

It's hard to see what Marilyn's trying to achieve: I could understand taking one number, because sometimes people don't like to be the first, but why take another one? Instead of wondering why no-one's taking the number, Roo's left wondering why people are taking the number and not calling!

Ziggy's plan did work, if it was a plan, he's still knackered though so how much of it will go in his head and staying there is anyone's guess.  Justin is aware now so can keep an eye on him, but no interfering, no nagging.  So much for the one-off kiss and we'll be friends idea.  Maybe it was good that Remi spotted them and did call a halt on it before it they got in in any deeper, though Kirby's behaviour did get Remi and Eden's sixth senses twitching. They had been there before and we all know how that ended, Bob was, according to Eden and Remi's exchange, a nice guy when he first joined and look how he turned out. Only two rules then no romantic liaisons and no touching Remi's guitar! ?    Of course he'd know if someone else had touched it, Theo would know if someone had touched his.

You can see that it's frustrating for Dean and Ziggy not knowing what was really going down with Tane and Nik and the bikkies.

Btw what is happening with the gym while Tane's banged up, is there anyone looking after it or have the cops shut it down?  What has John been told as to why his protégée has been locked up?

Apart from second hand news we didn't see anything from the Hospital and how Cash was doing.

Seeing as Tane and Nik are currently at Yabbie Creek nick are the band just going to leave the Parata house empty?  Seeing as hippies were supposed to be living at the ex-Braxton house, apart from the wind chimes, it didn't look very hippy inside, unless I'm being presumptive as to what it should like. It has been some time since we saw inside but the layout hasn't changed.  Remi didn't strain himself too much did he??

It certainly came as a shock to them to find out what had happened and naturally they were concerned for Flick who has been a good friend to them.  Seems like an Eden thing to do, Mac seemed relieved of getting the extra help even if Eden will need some training, she's no dummy.  Didn't I hear Remi had got another gig lined up?  Be interesting to see what 'normal' job Remi would get himself.?   Looks like Remi has 'something' to ask Ziggy - no panic, as we heard it's to do with getting them a new, well fairly new - van.

I could see why Maz, whom I'm guessing took that first slip from Roo's notice board, did it because as you said Red, it would encourage someone else to pick up one, no-one wants to be the first. One not calling, you could explain but not two. Roo seems to have a lot under her remit to teach people.
