Well, we finally got Marilyn's version of the story.In the retcon department, it now seems that rather than be married for three years, Marilyn broke up with Phil pretty much straightaway in order to be travelling around the country with a boyfriend and then get pregnant by a third man. (Anyone's guess whether her story about Phil cheating on her was true or not.) She kind of skirted over the details of how she got pregnant beyond a comment about being young and naive: Was she taken advantage of as Leah initially seemed to assume or was it an ongoing affair with a married man? Anyway, it still all seems to be about how she feels and she probably wishes Heather would just disappear so she can go back to pretending.

Cash seemed to go from ebullient with Xander and Rose to withdrawn whenever he was around Felicity and Tane.Not sure if it was the company or if he'd just run out of energy or what.Either way, the kiss was not a good idea.

I found Marilyn’s confession to Leah mostly amusing like yes really the reason I never told John Roo or Alf about Heather was because I didn’t have a clue until these scripts were written instead I kidnapped Nicole’s baby funnily enough Nicole looks very much like Heather my hidden child

Oh boy, Heather was fuming when she found out about Jett.  Marilyn's going to have a hard time rationalising that to her.

Objectively, Leah is a good friend.  She's had Marilyn's back and is the only person who believes her regarding Heather.  She shut it down on Monday when Heather was trying to ask questions about Marilyn.  I did quite enjoy her in the Diner the way she was watching Heather when she spoke to Marilyn initially and then how Heather looked on at Marilyn afterwards.  I do think Leah's been objective i.e. encouraging Marilyn to talk to Heather and trying not to pass judgment on Marilyn's decision to give Heather up.

I'm assuming Heather knows that Marilyn is aware she is her daughter, given how many hints she's given her.  Surely anyone would have pegged it by now.  She looked annoyed when Marilyn didn't want to spend time with her and Roo.  Which to her probably means Marilyn is continuing to reject her.  My concern is that Heather is frustrated and suppressing a lot of anger and that will eventually manifest itself in quite an unhealthy way.  Personally I think now that Marilyn knows, she has a duty and moral responsibility to have a conversation with Heather about everything and she needs to do it pronto.  Although Leah agreed to keep quiet, it's not a case of if but when.  Heather's not going to keep making indirect references forever.  Eventually she's going to call Marilyn out about it and everyone else is going to find out.  Although I suspect it will be poor Marilyn, even with John.

I'm not surprised Rose wasn't too happy about Cash kissing her.  Although she has a thing for him, Cash is still getting over Jasmine and it felt like he was using her as some sort of backup.

One thing I forgot to say yesterday: I cringed at the unnatural way Roo dropped Jett's name into the conversation instead of just saying "he".

I've finally found some interest in Cash's storyline: Mainly that I realised, when he was yelling at her to get out of his face, that he and Felicity have completely swapped places.Slowly it's got to the point where Felicity's the one in a steady relationship with a decent job and being the protective (perhaps over-protective?) sibling, while Cash is the one who's an emotional self-destructive mess and losing it at everyone.I wonder if Tane had memories of trying to hook up with Mackenzie (his brother's ex) after being dumped by Ziggy when Felicity commented on Cash making a move on his ex's sister.Cash did apologise to Rose, but his failure to respond to her offer of a friendship was a bit of a burn. I'm also glad he snapped at Irene and definitely glad John told her to stay out of it: Her new hobby of hanging around the Diner looking for excuses to insert herself into people's private business has got old very quickly.

You just know when someone says "They won't mind" that they definitely will mind.I get that Theo and Kirby had good intentions, but just because Remi rang them up wanting an update doesn't mean they had to do something straightaway.Coming up with the idea of posting a song on Theo's socials was enough: Actually recording and posting the song that afternoon without checking with Remi and Eden ("They're not answering their phones" excuse aside) seemed unnecessary when there was surely no reason not to wait a day or so.

Loved Tane calling Cash out, sadly in real life situations like this people are often afraid to do so to the wounded party but I often wonder if it would make things simpler. Wouldn't we all want a caringTane in our lives?

Ziggy talking to Mac about being a surfing pro made me think maybe they should have given that story to Bree it would be quite funny given surfing is all Bree seems to talk about in that aspect she’s quite a bore but John should hire her a surfing pro lifeguard doctor With Ziggy it just seems she went off won the thophy got sonspors somehow after one trip came off as a massive show off 

I wasn’t interested in the band stuff but Theo and Kirby to me spent half that interview staring into each other eyes 

And the newspapers missed out on the headlines Kirbys dreamland

Theo and Kirby did their best with the interview, the guy was obviously determined to write a different story from the one they were telling him.The only other thing they could have done is, as was pointed out, go looking for Remi and Eden:They said they couldn't keep Tully waiting but they had an hour.Not that Remi and Eden are blameless given they deliberately didn't let Theo and Kirby know where they were.But yeah, the video is a bit harder to defend, even if there was no malice intended.

Back to Dean and Ziggy chatting about pregnancy but at least they've got Mackenzie to talk to now, given that scenes with just the two of them can be a bit dull.

Bree's still meeting the locals (...I got it right that time, yeah?Good), being introduced to Justin here when I thought at first they already knew each other.While it might just have been a way of getting actors in the episode, we got two scenes of her chatting to Irene about her new normal. Could Bree be looking for somewhere to live..?

I noticed how Leah picked up on Heather's look at Marilyn in the Diner which sent her after Marilyn and gently - for Leah - told Marilyn she had noticed the tension between them so got Marilyn to 'confess'.  Marilyn married Phil in 1992 - off screen - so she could have been a bit ambiguous with the truth by calling him a boyfriend.  I don't think she was taken advantage of in that way, maybe lonely, supposedly the ranch was in the middle of nowhere rather like where Phil lived.  From what Marilyn said everything was OK with Mr & Mr. Frazer until after the birth which is when they started pressurising her to give the baby - Heather - to them.  They had financial security, a good home so able to give her a good upbringing.  Maz, as Heather said in her line on it, had nothing, hardly any money, nowhere to live, no idea of how to cope with a new-born so thought she was really doing the right thing.  We hear plenty of stories like that on LLF.  I think Marilyn didn't tell anyone when she got back as she felt ashamed/guilty?  Leah did give her good advice that she ought to speak to Heather about it, we don't know what the Frazer's told her about Marilyn.  Absolute coincidence that Marilyn walked in when Roo had invited Heather in.   Was Roo suffering from a moment's deafness as Heather had already said it was it was a chocolate cake, then minutes alter asked her what it was.  Not that I'm being cynical but was it the bridging application Heather sent or something else? 

I knew Cash would tell Rose to go ahead to and accept the commendation recommendation, he was very pleased she'd been offered it. It did bring back bad memories for him though, hence his going to the Diner flat, no problem climbing the stars then, but his attempting to snog her face off was not a good idea.  she has now got over him. I'm glad he apologised to her the next day, but he needs to apologise to Irene as well.  Irene does work at the Diner so not just hanging around. Maybe too soon for him to be friends with Rose.

Surprisingly it was Justin/John who suggested Theo to use his socials to drum up business for Lyrik. Maybe Theo and or Kirby should have said "We're part of Lyrik" not "We are Lyrik which could be seen/heard as misleading.   Could be Remi saw signs of Rob in that statement. 

Relief for Tane and Nik they have got a court date.

Fair do's to Kirby and Theo they did keep mentioning Eden and Remi to this Tully bloke, as he at first thought it was just the two of them. They did keep trying to ring them but two things didn't help, Eden's battery was flat and Remi left his at the house!!!!  As Theo said "Who does that?" I'll put that down to his age. Wouldn't have helped much to go looking for them, they had no idea where they were.  He did want his spin on it once he twigged Kirby and Theo were an item and, in his article - do you call it that if it's online - he's relegated Remi and Eden to supporting artists to Theo and Kirby. Then of course it didn't help Eden and Remi saw Theo and Kirby's vid on Theo's social media site - not Lyrik's. 

Yep you got it right this time Red!! It can be hard to keep up on which newcomer had met which local.  Good point, most newbies are living in a van/motel, Irene certainly has plenty of room. 

Mac isn't daft, she'd picked up on all those unspoken things between Ziggy and Dean, then both of them protesting everything is fine between them.  Is it a tad insulting towards Ziggy for Mac to immediately guess she was pregnant as she refused a drink?  Not as if Ziggy falls off her bar stool every day is it?  Got to be a relief for her to have someone else to talk to, once Mac said she was fine about it.  On that has Ziggy had a proper test done at a surgery?     

Dean can relax too and not be tiptoeing around the place having to watch what he says.   Mac reminded him of what he told her when she was pregnant with Ari's baby, that he ought to be told so he could tell her what he really thought, but it was different circumstances, Ari was with Mia.  He bit the bullet and told Ziggy how he truly felt even though he knows it's totally her decision what she wants to do. 

I thought Cash had moved out of the Parata house? 

Remind me, did it have Marilyn's hometown on Heather's birth certificate and then by some spooky chance all these years later she saw a tutoring course held by someone called Roo in Summer Bay?  Was Heather's adoption official?
