Alf's episode count this week:Still none and still no explanation!

I can kind of see why Ziggy would see Dean's comments as putting pressure on her but he did have a right to a say and Ziggy's response was so over the top it just made her look like a drama queen. And then she suddenly decides to go ahead with the pregnancy out of nowhere, as if we've skipped an episode or something, which made her seem like even more of a drama queen for making all that fuss in the first place!

Mackenzie's turn to be formally introduced to Bree, she's working her way round,What this episode really needed was for Remi and Eden to have a talk with Theo and Kirby...but they're not in the episode, so instead Remi complains to everyone but the people responsible and we're left in the ironic situation where Theo and Kirby have got it in the neck more for something where they didn't do anything wrong (the interview) than for something where they arguably did (the duet video)! And Remi seems to be over it by episode's end, unless it's going to come up again next week. So, turns out Remi didn't have a permit, he's just been flying under John's radar. After being a good ear earlier, Bree firmly shut him down here which seemed to leave him in a melancholy mood and really not in the right headspace to deal with a thief.

Marilyn manages to be unpleasant to Justin, Roo and Irene and then wonders why everyone would think she was unpleasant to Jett as well. Ooh, maybe they met her? I guess we're meant to assume it's all Heather's fault, as everything involving Marilyn seems to be these days, and I wonder if that's a comment Heather heard from her own adopted mother if her story about being packed off to boarding school is true.I can see her being bitter that Marilyn cared more about her own adopted child than her biological one, although that's a pretty low bar: As I recall, she wasn't keen on Jett viewing her as a mother figure because she preferred to be down with the kids!

It was nice to see Bree have breakfast with Remi and talk about something other than surfing she’s only been here a short time and she seems like a stuck record She should have been the pro surfer

Heather has hacked into Marilyn’s messenger app it seems

Is it a tad insulting towards Ziggy for Mac to immediately guess she was pregnant as she refused a drink?  Not as if Ziggy falls off her bar stool every day is it?

No it was because she refused a free drink! Anyone can refuse a drink they have to pay for but you have no excuse not to accept that drink that you are getting for free!

I can, sadly, why everyone is concerned by Marilyn's behaviour as after the poisoning she was exactly the same; I kind of hoped John would really stand up for his son, just purely to see the ruffled pigeon look. Yes, it seems Heather's at work again re: Jett message.

I actually winced when Remi got hit, that was a heck of a whack!

I don’t understand where Alf is either Since Martha has left There was something about Alf being in the bay for six months and going to visit Martha for a week which I thought was a very short time to visit your wife but maybe I got it mixed around and he only comes to the bay for a week

Again, disappointed Heather wasn't in the episode.

I'm also assuming it was Heather that was sending those messages to Jett.  I did wonder at first if she just setup a fake Social Media pretending to be Marilyn but it was confirmed in the episode it was in fact Marilyn's account so Heather obviously hacked it.  I didn't like it because it was cruel to Jett but in terms of going after Marilyn, I'm starting to wonder if she deserves it now.

I've felt a bit sorry for Remi re Bree.  It's a difficult one because I can see when she sat down with him why he thought she might have changed her mind even though she was pretty blunt with him last week.  She even joked twice about his pickup lines and they seemed to gel in the Diner so not quite sure what's going on.  It was mentioned on this thread previously that the way she immediately wasn't interested they were likely to get together but she's pretty adamant and if he continues to even suggest going out, he's going to come across pretty desperate.  On the other hand, the writers are continuing the scenes with them.

Personally, I didn't really like Dean pressurising Ziggy at all to have the baby.

We all know where Alf is - it's his week with Martha - so didn't need to be mentioned.

Dean wasn't pressurising Ziggy, he was following Mac's advice to tell her how he felt before it got too late to do anything about it either way. Mac and Zig knows what he can be like keeping it all himself then exploding. and she did suddenly decide to keep it. Btw do we know how far along Ziggy is?  Not sure how Dean's idea will help, she's still got to go through the pregnancy first before he does his babysitting - if that is what he's suggesting.?  That is assuming - though we should never do that - that she has no problems with the pregnancy - she could lose the baby.

Not sure where all this hate for Marilyn has suddenly come from but NO WAY would she send a message like that to Jett, even when she was having her bad time she didn't take it out on him, she even went to stay with him.  Makes sense now of Roo dropping Jett's name into the conversation.  I was thinking exactly the same thing about 'Marilyn's' comment about Jett being a disappointment because he was adopted as it being what Heather's mum and dad said to her.  Let's not forget biological children can be just as much as a disappointment - if not more to their parents - Duncan wasn't the perfect kid and tried Alf's and Alsa's patience many a time. Roo wasn't perfect either.  One smart cookie then is Heather, being a computer hacker - part of The Frazer's disappointment in her?

I think Remi does really like Bree, it's just his rep of being a flirt that she's obviously picked up on - that is getting in the way.   I guess Theo and Kirby had done their three days which is why we didn't see them.  It did give Eden and Remi some thinking time about their behaviour, Theo, despite being the youngest, and Kirby did seem to be taking it more seriously.

Ouch - poor Remi, liked how he entrusted John to look after his guitar.  It will mean Bree - as the go to doc - will be tending to Remi in a medical way.  Cash, amazingly, considering how he was only a few days ago, seems to be in very good nick, chasing down the guy who whacked Remi.

How can Alf talk about someone getting out the wrong side of bed??

So despite the fact Marilyn thinks Heather was behind the message from Jett and Roo's bad review she still went to report it to the police anyway.  Looks like Roo's pretty much anti-Marilyn now lol.  Can't wait to see what happens next with Heather!

I'm actually liking this version of Cash.  It was quite amusing seeing the faces of the various characters when they realised he wasn't being himself.  Part of me was thinking it was a shame he didn't do more damage to that guys arm who hit Remi over the head.

Look as though Bree does like Remi.  Her being married would explain why she wanted to spend time with him initially but shut it down when he tried to pursue it further.  Have to be honest and say he was taking quite a risk because he's been pretty persistent and almost taking no for an answer and I think she's been quite clear about not wanting to get involved in anything.

Characters in this show are incredibly dim Roo is coming across in very bad light considering she is meant to be Marilyn’s best friend

But I’m enjoying all this trouble that sexy Heather is causing so I’m not really feeling sorry for Marilyn
