Part of me did want Rose to cover for Cash although I appreciate he put her in a very difficult position.  I actually think if that had been Xander she definitely would have lied.  I think one of the issues is Cash is quite unpredictable at the moment and she can't take the chance that he will go overboard with another suspect.

Bree is still giving out mixed signals.  Remi appears to have accepted that she has a husband so has stopped trying to hit on her (for now anyway) but it feels like she's flirting.  She clearly fancies him although I can't tell whether she's always liked him but was establishing boundaries or whether she's changed her mind after getting to know him.

I didn't really agree with Justin bluffing to Mackenzie to get a better deal for Lyric although I found her awkwardness when her car broke down and Justin and Theo offering to help quite amusing.  I especially liked her fake smile.

I hope that, whatever happens, Lyrik don't bail on their new venue if they go back to Salt: It sounds as though they see it as a consolation prize but it wouldn't be fair to let them down.It didn't take long for Mackenzie to try and swallow her pride but it seems Justin's negotiating skills have improved.I actually thought his initial insistence on a proper proposal to present to the band was reasonable, although I'm not so sure about him stringing her along.I did like her wondering how her day could get any worse and then finding out.

I thought Cash was completely out of line trying to pressure Rose into lying for him, and the fact he felt he needed to suggests he knows deep down that he went too far, despite his claims.And yes, he's back using Eden as a pick-me-up, and I can see why she's doing it, but I also think Remi had a point.

There does seem to be a connection between Remi and Bree and has been for a while.Whilst I think Remi has a naturally flirtatious personality, he does seem to have accepted they're just friends...except he did feel the need to lie to her about going on a date and she obviously wasn't happy to know the truth, so perhaps the line isn't as clear as they think.

Bree”s little laughs I found quite annoying and I think that was down to the acting  But that aside Bree is pretty I just find her a surfing obsessed bore haha 

I liked Theo sticking up for Justin But that is where it ends with Theo I miss his pranks with Ryder and they were awful as well 

Lyric might find smaller venue better it gives them chance to test out their crap cheesy songs out before hitting the bigger stages

Well, it was perhaps inevitable that Ziggy keeping her pregnancy secret would cause her to come a cropper.It's a shame Justin dived straight in with the manager's offer before she could tell him, although under different circumstances she'd probably be delighted.Justin suddenly seems less keen on the idea of Lyrik going back to Salt, unless this is all to do with his strategy to make Mackenzie think she needs them more than they need her.

Lines continue to be blurred between Bree and Remi for all their attempts to talk it out.She's come up with an explanation that she can live with but is it the right one? I guess Cash scooted off pretty quickly given they seemed to have the house to themselves.(Did Eden take him to see the band?) I didn't realise that chat between Xander and Bree last episode about him not wanting to go into the water was because of him hiding his tattoos. Seems to be sorted pretty quickly though!

Now we have Alf being welcomed back from...somewhere when it's been less than a week since we last saw him.Did someone get confused? I think both Marilyn and Leah are wrong.Heather does have reason to resent Marilyn for abandoning her and Leah parroting the "young and isolated" excuse doesn't help things.All the same, it doesn't fully excuse Heather messing with her head and Marilyn's kidding herself if she thinks Heather's fine with being kept secret.

I'm guessing she's a model tuned actress, that's the usual route for soap eye candy. I think she can actually surf, although the board she was holding was a bit short, anyway looking forward to seeing her in action!

Some reason I don’t really like Bree

I might be wrong but I think baby trumps getting a promotion I thought Ziggy was just putting off telling Justin because she was afraid of letting him down but thinking she is enlited a promotion seems quite big headed but it is Ziggy so…… Time management Justin Can right a garage and a band it doesn’t seem like it haha but that was funny when said that to Ziggy 

Marilyn and Heather have been getting on off screen have they I find that hard to believe 

Xander don’t be afraid of your tattoos they look pretty cool Tattoos give the image of being a bad boy bad girl I think

I do feel that Bree's loneliness is partly why she's falling for Remi.  Not sure what her marriage is like but she shouldn't be having dinner, wine, coffee etc alone with another guy if it's not over.  Can't tell if Remi is being a gentleman or whether he just doesn't want to get involved because Bree's taken.

It's been quite a few days since we've seen Heather.  We've not even seen her with Nikau over the past week.  So she and Marilyn have actually met up.  I suspected they had even before Marilyn mentioned it to Leah given how she made up with Roo and Alf and she was back to being bubbly.  I agreed with Leah again i.e. proceed with caution given how Heather's acted.  She also didn't seem to agree with Marilyn not telling Roo and Alf.  If this does come out and Heather does decide she wants a relationship then presumably at some point she's going to have to provide an explanation as to why she's been deceiving people for the last few weeks.  Either way it's not going to look good for her.

I think at this point I’d rather them just not address Alf’s absences, between his house, the Surf Club, the Bait Shop, the Blaxland and generally just fishing there’s plenty of reasons for him to not be in a scene. I really don’t think a man nearing 80 would be going to Merimbula and back in under a week.

How long does he go for only a week or few months I don’t really understand without Martha around haha
