So Jacob has turned up today Bree I found more believable and the acting was better within the scenes with him I do see his point slightly though with Bree flirting But I expect she might do that because she always has to watch her back with him

Tane and Felcity I think don’t really need to get married to be happy

Not only is Tane gorgeous, he's a romantic- I said that location was special to them.   I wonder what Flick would have said if the others hadn't rocked up?

We all know how badly public proposals can go - Zac's to Leah for one.   You really, really have to know your other half very well to pull that off.

Cash, luckily caught on, and wisely suggested Flick tell Tane.   We know she loves him, she proved that by not moving from his side when he was stabbed.  Does she really not want to marry him ever, it's not as if he's expecting them to get wed next week, month.

Marilyn has always been that way, maybe it was her upbringing, she was abandoned, so wanted/needed people to like her and it became a lifetime habit.

There wasn't any poof who had broken into the Morgan's, police didn't find any prints so Heather was very clever there.  Nik was unaware Heather had left town as was evident when he was asked if he knew where she was. Didn't he say to Leah she'd known Marilyn for ever, she only came to the bay in 2000, Irene and Roo have known Marilyn longer.  Leah was discreet with Rose and him by not saying anything as to why Heather had such a problem with Marily and said they should ask Marilyn.

As with most couples who are expecting a baby, especially the first, they don't tell anyone util the 12-week scan, in case something happens.

This week sees the end of our visits to the bay until next year and from what I've read it ends in a cliff hanger.???

Eden mashed herself up while they were walking, refused help from Remi and Cash.

And I do have *some* sympathy as I rolled my ankle about 3 months ago getting off the bus and it swelled up like a cricket ball and it was a real bitch getting around for two weeks.

Ouch - I've been there Captain it hurts like hell doesn't it?   I had to wrap up a frozen bag of veg in a towel to put on it.

12yrs is long enough to know someone,  in the case of Maz/Leah.

On the ankle front, I Had to borrow a crutch from my Nan, who thankfully lives locally. What got me through about a week of being housebound was the commonwealth Games. Took at about 3wks for the pain to fully subside. And the joke is, I did that ankle before at 14 and 17, respectively!

I think it was Rose that said Alf had known Marilyn forever? (An exaggeration obviously but he's probably known her the longest of anyone in Summer Bay.)

So, we finally meet Bree's husband and it appears they're not the love's young dream that she painted them as.It's hard to get a handle on Bree here.Jacob seems to expect her to spend every night at home alone when he's not around, but she seems to have been revelling in her freedom.I'm not sure why Remi talked as though he didn't know Bree was married. So, we finally found out where Bree's living...sort of.A motel doesn't seem very permanent!

Mackenzie picks up on the fact Felicity isn't entirely overjoyed to be engaged. She made some decent points about how Felicity would want to be with Tane anyway, but the engagement would still lead to a wedding some time and Felicity needs to get her head around that.

Eden did right by telling Cash the truth, even if his response presumably wasn't what she was hoping for.At least her injury led to Felicity being nicer to her.I wasn't keen on Remi washing his hands of the situation after already interfering.I appreciate the effort to show Xander hanging out with the other young males.

Is it wrong, that Felicity going out of her mind over Cash's 'free love-fest' has had me in hysterics, she can't even cope with once, she's been acting like he is since she was about 12 and Cash had always had to deal with it! ?

She’s been oddly very over the tool when it comes to Cash and Eden I think like jealous girlfriend even haba

Looks like Mackenzie is trying to steal the BFF spot from Eden.  Does Felicity know Mackenzie used to have a thing for Tane?  In saying that I do think the friendship is working, despite how different they are.

The issue I had initially with Jacob is that when he first saw Remi with Bree and wasn't happy about it he was portrayed as acting unreasonably.  He hadn't seen his wife in a little while and I think a lot of guys in that scenario wouldn't have been happy.  Even Dean made a joke about decking Remi (He did hit him, although that was different) and wasn't happy even when he saw Remi talking with Ziggy shortly after he first arrived in the Bay.  If you are married to someone that is naturally flirtatious, haven't seen her in a while then it's natural to take exception if you see her alone with another guy at a bar, especially if she tells you she wasn't expecting to see you.  However, he's clearly quite an unpleasant person and I felt sorry for Bree when I saw her face after he it her, so hopefully she can get away from him as he's obviously done this quite a few times.  I'm guessing Remi will save the day.

I also don't really like Rose's fixation on Heather.  There was no evidence to tie Heather to the break in at Justin/Leah's but she seems to be focusing on what Leah and Marilyn aren't telling her.  Although I guess it's in character as she was the same with the Poker nights and PK.

I assume Alf/Irene/Roo/John etc were getting ready to do another intervention or possibly mediation this time.  Roo remains oblivious to Heather, being disappointed that she left without saying goodbye.  Virtually all of that inner circle are suspicious at this point.  All this talk about Heather's disappearing act feels like the calm before the storm...

Well, the 6pm showing is the same as that day's Channel 5 showing. It's the 6.30pm showing that's the next day's episode.

Rose's situation is interesting from a psychological standpoint. She obviously knows enough about Jacob's temper to tiptoe around him, but she's also happy to get up to things she knows he wouldn't like when he's not around to see, and also willing to challenge him about his behaviour. It didn't take Remi long to get his number, even if Bree's denying it.It's something of a double standard that Dean would probably disapprove of the way Jacob's treating Bree, but he would apparently be perfectly fine if Jacob had beaten up Remi instead and we're not meant to see anything wrong with that.

Justin is really terrible at keeping secrets.Having let slip to John and Roo that Marilyn had a go at Leah, instead of just saying that Marilyn blames Leah for Heather leaving (which...I thought Alf already knew?), he gets all secretive so they ask questions.Mind you, I can't see even Alf getting the truth out of Marilyn, given that she's been as evasive and untruthful with him as she has everybody else.

Not much else going on except Ziggy cancelling the ultrasound, any tension in which was largely defused by an oddly placed cliffhanger that looked like it was moved from the next episode (since Ziggy's been notably absent up until then and suddenly appears).
