People all over the world have such bigger problems than what people on here moan about. Everything people moan about in this thread is something selfish and about themselves maybe think about what others go through.

And thats my moan for the day :)

To be fair, it doesn't necessarily mean the "smaller" moans they post here are the biggest problems/worries they have. There could be a person that has bigger worries, but doesn't really want to share them on an internet forum. Sometimes, in those cases, they post simpler problems because it's just something to vent about.

I admit some of the smaller moans such as being bored/tired/hungry can often get a bit petty and repetitive, but if that's the biggest problem I see on BTTB, I'm happy. I'd rather that than somebody that has serious problems, that are usually (or rather, should be) kept private, posts all over an internet forum.

It's not about not considering what others are going through, but we don't know these people so we can't help them anyway, even if we wanted to. I don't mean that to sound harsh, but it's true. Hopefully the "others" that may be going through something bigger, or more worrying, will seek help and comfort from their real life friends/family.

Whilst somebody posting they're hungry/bored/tired etc may seem petty, it may well be the biggest thing they have to worry about, and I'd rather read that than something more serious.

I'm not saying I don't understand where you're coming from, because I do, but I'm just saying that something posted here doesn't necessarily mean a person is being inconsiderate of those with bigger worries.

Plus, when a more serious moan gets posted, advice from fellow members (not necessarily just on here, but all over the internet and forums) usually boils down to "Seek help from somebody nearby, or a friend or member of your family etc", so what's the point?

Just my take, anyway, and it's not a dig, so I apologise if it sounds like one. :)

The weather can't seem to make it's mind up here...... It's sunny in the morning, and snowy/sleety in the afternoon + Thunder/lightning possibly in the evening (well there was some last night, and we ended up having power surges every 20 minutes or so :(

My additional moan is that my lecturer won't give us an extension because of the weather, and I can't motivate to write the blog and electoral profile/marketing campaign I need to write by tomorrow and Friday.
