And this forum is the first people i have told. Nobody where i live have any idea at all. Not even my close family know. As we were frightened that our kids that are settled into their school, maybe threatned or worse kidknapped for money.

But you have to understand that when you have kids in a really good state school, and they are happy. Why move them because you have money. We havent even told our parents, as my mum has a gob as big as a fog horn. And she would ruin it for us.

She just thinks we borrowed money on our house. The reason why we have money to spend. That is all she needs to know.

Liz Posted April 28, 2006 Report Posted April 28, 2006 I stayed up all night typing up coursework (a hell of alot of it) and my computer decided to restart itself in order to install updates and (due to being an idiot who didn't save anything) I have bloody lost it all. The document recovery didn't kick in, so I have a lost a night's sleep for nothing.

The document recovery didn't kick in, so I have a lost a night's sleep for nothing. aawwww. you poor thing. you lost all your work. thats not good. that almost happened to me couple of hours ago when I was doing my coursework and everything decided to freeze up, but I am thankfull that my recovery kicked in just in time to save the original copy.
