I'm not trying to be big headed or anything here, but it's probably pretty useful for anyone to know. Don't air control and people like that have to converse in English? Also, isn't it one of the most widely spoken languages (well, OK, Mandarin Chinese is spoken wider because of population density in China LOL...but anyway, you get my drift). But then again, I love learning foreign languages and learning all about different cultures and stuff! 'Tis pretty interesting IMO.

It is THE international language, and in the 21st century the only international language. I personally think it is sad that English is doing a pretty good job of wiping out other languages (even though I am currently teaching English overseas!), but that's the way it is.

I would like to learn dutch, I have always wanted to learn another language!! ;) Although, did German in High School, but saw the class as my oppurtunity to muck around and get away with it so I don't know much, if at all, any German.
