I am in one of those all-day hangovers where nothing seems to fit. I feel weak and I just have no strength to do anything. I'm not tired, just weak. It is my own fault, but still not fun.

No one is perfect and no one (with any sense at all) expects you to be. I don't envy you, sometimes it is rubbish being in charge. You get all the sh*t.

Yeah... I admit to being strict, but only because I know people can be some much more than what they prove (i.e. spelling/SPAG and general behavior on the board), but no everyone see it like that.

I know what you mean Mar. I do empathise with you. All this seems to be such a recent development, but I don't see how it can be stopped without you having to sacrifice something, which isn't fair. But you shouldn't be made to feel like this. It's not your fault that arguments crop up all the time, when there is no need. Some people, not just on the board but in life, honestly seem to believe that (a) everyone is out to get them; (b) they don't need to abide by rules; © they are right all the time; and (d) no one should ever rebuke them, they should be given unquestioning respect even if they have done nothing whatsoever to deserve it. It's a two way street!!

There seems to be some members who are here to stir up trouble, yet them provide nothing to the board except that! I am not naming any names. I don't seem the point, that's all. Also, we have several members who do nothing but moan, yet they log on time and time again, I don't get it.
