That's what I think as well, but it looks like it's a neverending battle to get people to read the rules! *grrr*

I think that people see what they want to see! They bother to sign up because they know they can get spoilers, but don't bother to follow the rules. It's harsh I know, but in a lot of cases it's true.

Isn't it so that you have to check a little box saying "I agree to follow the rules"? It's so long since I joined so I can't remember.

I can't remember either. I joined Cal's forum the other day, and I did there. I had to accept the 'Terms and Conditions'. That was also an Invision forum, so I presume this one is the same.

I agree. Someone needs to be there to tell newbies about the rules and you do just that.

In theory, yes, because people know about the rules before they join. However, most people join regardless.
