Hotlinkers especially, should have their account privlidges stripped, ie; not allowed to display an avatar for a certian period of time, and repeat offenses will have that disabled indefinitley, until they can prove it will not happen again. There is nothing I hate more than people 'stealing' fantastic work from people who put their heart and soul for everyone to share.

And the more people who come here, the worse it will get, as more people will mean more posts and it will become harder to manage. So I think that the rules maybe be made a little harder, to rule out the problems NOW before things can get worse.

I have a board and you can. You can stop certain users from doing certain things, like displaying avatars

Well people will have to understand that the rules benefit them! and they have a purpose, its not like you just make rules for no reason. They are to keep the whole site running smoothly and not turning into a massive spam and junk place.
