I'm not sure it's possible to diable the use of avatar... We as mods cannot so it. Maybe the admins can.

I think Admin can. I just think the people who make avatars that people hotlink should just change the image! Shame them into not doing it again!

^ Unfortunatley people don't see it that way. We are in a me, me, me society at the moment. But honestly, why should you have to explain? If they don't like it, they can go!

In relation to the avatars, most people would have been victims of hotlinking, I know you are Mar, so they would understand that rule, should you implement it.

Edit: Why should you have to muck around with your work forever? I reckon it may be easier to do it so avatars by those people are disabled, as the other way is just a quick fix. They could do it again to someone else if you simply change it. If you disable avatars, and only give them back when they earn it, they are far less likely to hotlink in my opinion.

But it is a shame hearing about all the hotlinking going on. It's just not fair. You shouldn't have to be forced out because of some selfish, uneducated people.
