My moan having to work such a long shift that now I feel tired, sick and have very bad stomach cramp because Im on aswell as mouth ulcers(thankgod for the bonjela and nurofen.

As you are spiking a temputure feling hot and cold, take a paracetamol to regulate it. Here, everyone can get a flu shot as long as they pay for it. I find it silly. And I won't take paracetamol unless I have to - ie. exam and I have a fever.

The only people here that have the flu shot is asthmatics, heart disease and over 60's.. or if you have had pneumonia ( my hubby). But it is free here. I am the same as you, i only take meds if i am told to by my Dr. The last time i had meds except for anti-biotics, was when i was in child birth, lucky you have all that to come.

Yeah, i think a good night's sleep is important tonight, otherwise you will just be drained tommorow.

I just realised that there is not a lot that have kids, so in a few years there will be a thread about child birth, breast feeding etc. LOL As all the girlies at the moment dont have kids, so the threads will change when their lives change. It will be really interesting to read how they feel about it.
