3 moans: Teenage life, Newly discovered family secret, potential addition to the family.

Teenage life: Nothing works out for you, everything is impossible to do.

Family Secret: Can't say, but it upset me. I didn't know it for 15 years! I just overheard last night...

Potential New Addition to the family: Mum thinks that she is pregnant. I hope she isn't because she is 42, and I don't think that she would be able to cope. And if we did have another child, then he/she would arrive during my exams, which would put more stress on me. Also, we are not financally stable as it is, so a baby would take all the money.

I'm so confuzzled right now.

Cal your Mum will cope...she coped with you didn't she?...:P

42 isnt old to have a baby.... some women have their fisrt baby at that age...and I am one of 8, the youngest being born when My Mum was 45... and my parents just got on with it...people do. The oldest person I know to get pregant was actully over 50....and had twins...:o....lets hope if she is pregant it will be just one!

The thought of a baby in the house might be scaryfor you .... but just think...them fussing over junior means more time for you to get up to stuff without them realising...:PDont worry about the expense..people are kind...family and friends will chip in for clothes and toys etc...the little anklebiter will be quite spoilt..and you will be the adored big brother that he/she follows around. You get used to the racket...and I never found the younger ones in my house prevented me studying.....if you want to work you will...you just need to have a positive attitude...the glass is half full not half empty sort of thing...:P

teenage stuff?...well thats life...we all went through it...so will your kids...and their kids...it gets easier..one day at a time my friend...:P

family secrets?...same again...every one has them...it does not change who you are...talk to them about it if it confuzzles you.

Lots of huggles...:D

^^ I totally agree with what Frankie said. I was a year younger than you when my Mum had my little brother - she was around the same age as your Mum too. For the first few days after she found out, we just cried and Mum didn't think that she'd be able to cope. But I dunno, I guess her maternal instincts took over and now we wouldn't be without Theo for the world! I hope everything works out for the best! :) I'm always lurking if you wanna talk :)

Adding to bad day, (maybe this justs happens to me) don't you hate it when your in a circle with your friends and they are talking about going shopping and they don't seem to ask or even acknowledge that you are there. They all go off shopping don't seem to ask how you are or what you are going to do.

Or

You see a photo with all your friends and your thinking why aren't i in that photo and why wasn't i in this gathering. They are all happy and your thinking it is not like i am going to ruin asll the fun!

I guess no-one feels this way! *Going to put on music that has a lot of shouting about why life is hell*

Thanks, Frankie. :)

Mum hasn't mentioned anything since yesterday, and she is known for her stupid jokes. And I am afraid that this might be one of them. She took a pregnancy test a couple of weeks ago, but that was negative. I can't believe that she might be joking.

Thanks for everyones help. :)

I don't really understand why she would joke about something as important as this...although I suppose it could be related to the other moans you mentioned in your posts. I hope it all turns out OK :)
