Di Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 Talk about bounce back ... I got another cold and feel ****e... Well I did give it Tom and he gave it me back. Talk about sharing things The workmen came on Wednesday I didn't get the warning to say they where coming , it would have been nice. They are having to widen all the internall doors, they said it was going to be messy...mess one ~Mess two ( as you can see there is no door one the bathroom, so I had to kick the workmen out when I needed the loo ) messy's not the word for it... they took all the frames off to and there is dust everywhere. I have been adviced to keep Tom in the respite centre he goes to. so he's there untill a week on Monday . I will be going everyday to see him . I'm dreading when they start the outside door as they got to take about a brick and a half away off the wall out... The plummer , plasterer, electric guys should have come today did they hell as like show ... Hell no. So the two guys who are doing the doors can't carry one till they come.
Ashirr-Leigh Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 Emm.. my mum died yesterday. I wasn't close to her at all, hadn't seen her in about 4 years or something so I'm not sure how I'm exactly meant to feel.. but yeah, it's still not a great time.

As I said, it'd been 4 years since I'd seen her, or even spoken to her.. had any contact with her.. and alot of bad stuff had happened between her and the rest of my family before that so.. .. I don't know, really.

I think it may be rejecting because I can feel it under the skin. There is also a lump so I'm keeping a close eye on it. This absolutely sucks. I should have got it further up the arm
Ashirr-Leigh Posted December 4, 2005 Report Posted December 4, 2005 It's strange though, isn't it? I mean of course it's sad, she was my mum, but there's been someone else filling that space for so long now that I hardly even thought of her as that anymore.
