You could tell them it is damaging to your psychological well being, casuing you unnecessary trauma for which you may sue them in years to come.... and that you will go and live with great aunt Colleen if they don't pack it in ..

whispered_envy Posted August 6, 2006 Report Posted August 6, 2006 My mother doesn't seem to get that there is a reason that I don't want to hear about any of her relationships- I still miss my Dad (edit: he died of cancer). It's like he's being replaced, and she doesn't get that, which makes me angry. You'd think she would understand.
