Marieh Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 ^^16C? Freezing? Try England...in winter it gets down to about -3. 16 is positively tropical! Then the winds from Russia on top of that! It went to -15 in the Midlands here last year. Back in the 80's, it went down to something like -21.... Try living next to russia. Last year it was down to -25 if I remember correctly. It was freaking cold and with the wind :eek: It got so cold with the wind that the school couldn't let us go out If we did - we did it on our own risk..
