Seriously, I know it's awkward, but your health is the most important thing in your life. You can't let anyone mess you around. Ask them the question and if they skirt the issue ask them again and again until you get a proper answer. If they refuse to give a straight answer you're perfectly justified in a) getting very p****d off and b) not accepting any treatment until they explain it properly. Also, don't let them treat you like a kid. I've had this with several doctors (even though I'm 21, I look young for my age) and you just have to learn to assert yourself or you never get anywhere. bttb-rox! Posted September 20, 2007 Report Posted September 20, 2007 This is just a general moan about prices in England . I was in Co-op the other day and I came across the chocolate aisle. So I had a look around there (didn't buy anything - I was good ) and I came across a 750g box of 'Celebrations' chocolates. I couldn't believe the price...£8.00!!!!!!!! That is ridiculous IMO. I didn't want to buy them, but I just thought if you did go in there and you did want to buy them, would you expect them to cost that much??!! I almost fainted . It wasn't even like it was a particulary big box...I've seen them in Tescos for about £2.00 . I feel sorry for people who do go in there and have to buy chocolate at that price .
