Ginger works. It's known that ginger helps the stomach but it also helps with cramps. I found this out a few weeks ago.

Try eating a ginger biscuit. I ate chocolate covered ginger slices... although I am now addicted to them :wub:

Happy to help. :) Just make sure you don't get it too hot - it wouldn't be good to have cramps and a burnt mouth!
