Does anyone ever have that kind of day where they just can't stop crying for no apparent reason and everything seems 10 times worse than it actually is and nothing can pull you out of a state of a seemingly never-ending flood of tears? I could kind of understand if I was upset, if I had had some family bereavement or if something hell-shockingly awful had happened to me, because at least then I would know what the problem is and therefore have at least a little bit of insight into how to make it better......but it's annoying because it was none of the above and I just woke up this morning, started crying, got to school, sobbed some more and then didn't really return to a state of semi-normality until lunchtime, by which time my head felt awful because I had been crying for 3 hours solid and it felt like someone had bashed my head against a brick wall, so then after that I couldn't concentrate on anything, so that got me even more wound up and stressed out and then the whole cycle started again..... I really don't understand what happened though because like I have mentioned before there was no particular reason whatsoever to explain my tearyness....although I have been stressed out with a hell of a lot of coursework and general schoolwork recently, but that kinda thing doesn't normally get me down like this..... I feel slightly better now although still not back to my normal bubbly and hyper self....still feeling like I could break down at any given moment..... I'm sorry about this, I really shouldn't be ranting like this, I don't even know you guys and you probably really don't want to hear about my day from hell either but I really needed to get this off my chest and sometimes I find it easier to tell people I don't know or who I am never likely to meet....it kinda reduces the embarrassment factor....

Thanks for all the advice guys....much appreciated :) Well, I feel a lot better this morning (or evening, whichever way you look at it lol), still not feeling quite my usual self....but a hell of a lot better than I was feeling last night. It's amazing what a good night's sleep and some paracetamol can do....I think this was just a bit of a blip....I guess I'll have to make sure that I get plenty of sleep in the future and try not to get too stressed out......which could be easier said than done...but I'll give it a go hehe :P

No one feels happy all the time...in fact I think it would be pretty tiring if we did. :P Everyone has days when they are fed up...weepy...whingy...hate eveyone in sight....stroppy...you name it ...there are days like it for all of us...the trick is to accept it and go with the flow...as long as you dont actually kill someone just because you feel like it :o ...I find people seem to worry too much about not being ecstatically happy all the time....no one ever is.... its a myth...accept that and you will be a lot happier....the trouble with this psychoanlytical naval gazing age in whch we all live...is that we think to much. :P ....and yes I am in one of those moods today too.... :P

Argh! I had to chase my 3 little cousins around this playroom last night. The heating in the place was on high and I had to chase them around this playground thing 3 times before I caught them.

Man, little kids are fast

It pays well though...and you can do your homework in someone elses house, watch their TV, eat their food, drink their whatever...and if they are out after midnight...the rates go up..and you are on a winner. Its one of the best ways to pay your way through school and Uni that I know!

suppose it does...I have a group of regulars. I get £4.00 an hour up until midnight then £5.00 per hour. If they are out till 2.00 am I end up with over £25 and most of them usually throw in some chocs or get a DVD in as well. Much easier than waitressing...whch I did for a while and hated...customers are sooooo picky....the tips were good though...but it was knackering.

That sounds really good, where do the customers of the babysitting come from?
