And yet they go and start a movie, knowing very well that the TV is mine when i get back. They refused to let me watch H&A, saying I can wait till after the movie finsihed. They were watching 'Georgia Rule' which is just a stupid movie, which i have told them on many occasions. And i was so frustated with everything that happened at uni, I fully went off at them, telling them to never start a movie on thursdyas because i will never let them finsih it. H&A is first priority for me on thursday nights. Gosh! I dont know this weather is really getting to me. Its like winter, in the middle of spring, and its making me moody. I even went off at my parents for making my bed, even though i had made it earlier this afternoon. And my dad ruined everything, and i had to sort all my teddies again, and it was all so very annoying. Maybe because im hungry, im angry oh well Now i just need sleep...

Eli Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 I'm seriously this close to just giving up and stay home for another year. I got a info guide from BU (which is like the only uni I wanna go to) today but it all just seems hopeless... Before I can even apply I need two English courses to assure them that I speak English well enough. I've majored in it in High school, I haven't had a single English paper graded anything else but 5 or 6 (6 is the best you can get) since 9th grade, couldn't I just take the IELTS test to prove that I speak English well enough?! That test itself costs me like £160, and in addition to it I need an extra English course, which BTW I have to take while I try to pass my Norwegian exams. And I would have no problem doing this if it actually meant I would get it... But it doesn't, it just means that I can APPLY to get in...! And what is this crap about "minimum two references"?! I've kept the same job for three years, a job that is highly relevant to the course I want to take, and a job that is way better than most high school part time jobs are. I would actually have a better chance if I quit that job and worked a few months for a store and got a reference from them. I should just give up. I have a feeling I'm just working towards nothing.
carmelle Posted October 23, 2008 Report Posted October 23, 2008 I have so much work to do for uni which includes catching up on some stuff that I'm behind in but I can't find the motivation to do so. The more I try to focus the more I start to dislike what I'm studying. To make matters worse I'm still going through writer's block. I'm also someone that loves art but I haven't drawn or created anything in a long time. I can't focus on studying and I can't find any inspiration to be creative. It's annoying. I need to be doing something.

meant2live Posted October 24, 2008 Report Posted October 24, 2008 poles.. metal poles.. why are they laying on the ground. i made it the whole way home after a night out and then jst around the corner i tripped over a freakking metal pole... one of those ones that leads onto a carpsrk to stop ppl from parkin there unless they have the right pass... well now my hands and left knee hurt... maybe i shudnt drin k in genral... but im gonna blame nat cos he wantec to get the taxi bk instead of walkin.. cos i wundt be hurt of we'd walked cos i wudnt of walked past that car park and pole... boo bad alcohol

They've fallen down behind it now and it will be a bitch to retrieve them. They better not be scratched or I'll scratch HIM! This is AFTER he knocked all my uni papers off the lounge >__<
