Everything is repaired by the company's who are paid by the companies who make the laptops. (HP, Acer etc) If you are leasing it, it is easy lease who supplies the loaner if your contract has that in it. You should contact easy lease directly on their 0800 number. They don't have to re-imburse you for internet cafe's either as they aren't responsible for the laptop breaking down. They are just suppliers of the goods to the public.
