MissOlivia22 Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 I got sent to school today to do coursework only to have the school shut half way through, me have to walk home in the snow with a cold sore throat and headache and now the radiators not turning of and therefore me boiling!

Lise Posted February 6, 2009 Report Posted February 6, 2009 My Dad has been in hospital for 5 weeks now and I have to go and see him by myself this morning. I know I'll be fine I'm just kinda freaking out a little because he's very confused. I, also, think I have taken too many hours at work. I don't think I can handle that many hours but I can sort that out. My boss will understand.
Lise Posted February 7, 2009 Report Posted February 7, 2009 ^ Thank you! He slept most of the time I was in there so it wasn't that scary. When he was awake though he was muttering some pretty random stuff. It's pretty scary to see your own Dad go through that.

I just had a Kahlua to calm the shakes, but I'm nowhere near drunk enough to deal with this stress-free. They're not even being bad, they're just so loud. My ears hurt Plus that cricket is still in my bathroom. I am not looking forward to dealing with that... I'm starting to think that it's the exact same one that I chased out of there the other week. It's so big. It reminds me of a spider and I don't like it
Laura Posted February 7, 2009 Report Posted February 7, 2009 I get annoyed how when I come on here expecting friendly discussion, one member, has to start an argument over everything and makes rude comments about things. Does this member not get that people have their own opinions about things. I like to express my opinion, but when I do in certain topics I get worried that an argument will break out.

I'm starting to think that it's the exact same one that I chased out of there the other week. It's so big. It reminds me of a spider and I don't like it I hate crickets, too. I was lying in my bed one morning and could hear this cricket croacking (what noise do they make?) and eventually I worked it out that it wasn't outside like I thought it was, it was in my bed. I had to wait all day for my Mum to come home and get rid of it out of my room. I don't like anything buggy like that. I'm a wuss! Most people find that story funny but I was petrified.
