But he didn't remember me!!!!

A wooden pole from a washing-line type thing,fell on the bridge of my nose earlier. It's really quite painful and it's given me a raging headache and made me feel a bit sick. I've also got character profile to write for this site,and I can't seem to concentrate very well!

emmasi Posted May 10, 2009 Report Posted May 10, 2009 I was supposed to do an assignment on a couple of poems and hand it in tomorrow. I'm not feeling it. I haven't even started it. Which means that I'll have to hand in an essay on a giant book next week instead... which means that I may actually have to read the book... Oh well. If I do read it, at least I won't feel like I've wasted $30 on it. I've been trying to write another assignment for another class, but I have no idea how to tackle it. Well, I do have ideas, but everything I've tried so far has been shot down by the teacher and the class (we get to preview and discuss them before handing in the final project). I'm supposed to be writing about my life story, but my life story isn't that interesting. Especially when I only remember about 10% of it. It's a bit like a dream sometimes, and at other times it's exactly like a dream... blurry, disjointed, nonsensical, and very difficult to interpret, so it's hard to write about that "realistically." The teacher's favourite description of my life so far is "It's too universal." Well... sorry... I don't know if I'm supposed to make things up to make my life sound more unique and interesting, but then if I do that... how is that realistic at all? It's truly doing my head in. The phrase "All I can be is myself " has never felt more relevant.
