I heard this thing that works for nausea, it kinda worked for me, you put your three middle fingers on your right wrist and press down with your index finger, there's a pressure point there and after pressing it for a while. sometimes helps ease it. I've tried that, nothing seems to be working Yeah im on the pill so I get to choose when I have my you know what lol... the best thing about the pill I reckon! am currently uploading a new video to youtube, but its going so slow!

Thank you Lily G ^^ you still have 2 days...just ice it today and use dencorub or deep heat tomorrow and monday and it should get better and strap it if you need to...what sort of dance do u do? I do tap, ballet, modern, jazz and hip hop My moan is i went to the hospital for my knee i got significant knee damage. Either ligament or a small cracked bone I cant do my show on monday and i might not be able to do my show in July I may not be able to dance till september

Barbara Posted June 14, 2009 Report Posted June 14, 2009 ^ Sounds like a tiring job! One of my cousins is being annoying. She wants us (my other cousins, sister and me) to do something together this summer and she expects us all to come. She's a teacher so she has the summer off but this isn't the case for most of us. She's expecting us to drop whatever we're doing/take a day off just to do that. She doesn't seem to understand that it's not that easy for some of us to take one day off during the summer time as a lot of people go on holiday. It's not like we can ditch our colleagues. And why should we all drop everything because for once, she wants to spend time with us? Her boyfriend is going to be really busy this summer, so are her friends. How many times didn't we organise stuff but she didn't come because she didn't want to? She hasn't done anything with us since she has started dating her boyfriend 5-6 years ago and now because she's feeling like it, we have to drop everything. And of course, she has to decide what we are going to do instead of letting us all decide on what we want to do. She's so self-centered sometimes!

Some random stole my park this morning and then I caught in a hail storm walking to my car after work. Work was annoying. They are making so many changes to things that were working well that it's just confusing now.
