Mu mum keeps telling me to put away my laptop so we can have family time (her idea of family time is to watch a movie and 99% of the time, she falls asleep or goes and does something else)

OMG! Someone that actually has something in common with meee, my mum's exactly the same!

Whenever I go on my laptop a.k.a HER laptop, she wants family time. And most night wants me to sit through some boring film she picked and in the end she ALWAYS falls asleep through it!

This is a suggestion. Why not suggest a nice evening out for the both of you at the movies? Watch a movie together then maybe coffee afterwards.

I had to spend 5 days and 4 nights in hospital due to really bad chest pains, came home at 8.00 last night.. its still sore, but ive been given lots of medication, and I'm back at my own doctors, on Thursday for more blood tests, and I'm up at the hospital soon for this scan, called an ECHO scan, which basically scans my heart.

... I was in the EAU (emergeny assesment unit) on ward 11, and the only good thing about being in hopsital were these two males nurses (who were on my ward) they were hot

Thanks for the suggestion, but my mum no matter how hard she tries cannot stay awake during a film. She's actually fallen asleep in the Cinema a few times and when the lights have come on at the end I've had to wake her up!

My husband is the same. It takes about a dozen times for him to be able to watch a d.v.d. Also he snores really loud when some one else wants to watch it.

Today I got my options booklet for year 11 today and there is like 5 subjects I wanna take, but we're only allowed to choose 3. I've decided on 2 so far.

1. Geography

2. I.C.T

3. .................

I want to take History (my teacher said it's one of those subjects you can just pick up in year 12... So that's a positive), Future skills and extension english. But i can only choose 1 more. <_< I know have to choose the ones that will benafit me but i want to take subjects i enjoy too. Argh... Confuzzled much! :(

Turns out, a girl I thought i was quite close to doesn't like me and everyone is going out together after results and I wasn't invited because she didn't want me there.... I wish she would at least tell me to my face instead of finding out from someone else, so i don't have to go on being nice to her because i'm to kind to confront her about that fact she can't stand to be around me.

*edit* Well great, she just invited me probably because my friend guilted her into doing it and like i said, I am too nice to tell her to F*** of and admit she doesn't like me.... Arrhhhh. Jesusing hell.....

I'm researching Intelligent Design for a Philosophy assignment and the arguments against it are doing my head in. INTELLIGENT DESIGN IS NOT CREATIONISM! I don't care what you believe in, but if you're going to attack and ridicule other peoples' beliefs in the process of defending your own, at least KNOW who you're supposed to be attacking! >_< *Bangs head against a brick wall.*

Intelligent Design DOES acknowledge evolution, so stop arguing against it by saying, hey! evolution exists! WELL DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >____<

I'm not looking for a philosophical debate here. That'll come later in class  I've just been reading these articles for about three days straight... The amount of purposeful ignorance on both sides is just... ugh. I needed to vent !

Why can't we all just get along :(??
