DemeKaite Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 The weather up here in Sunny Central Queensland is hot and dry and windy...perfect fire weather...we are on fire bans...we have had quite a few fires in the last few weeks...I went running the other day and saw a huge wild grass fire burning really big and bright about 1km from where we were...its soo annoying...XD but my main 'moan' is that someone or something completely shattered my back WindScreen on my car...its completely detroyed...thankfully insurance is covering it all...its a complete mess.... The whole windscreen is just..well destroyed...I am taking it in to get fixed in the mkorning but I have to drive about 25 minutes to get it to the place...but the windscreen was cracking really easily in just a 2 minute drive...its awful... I got home last night form work and just as I walked in the house we heard a bang and then this morning it was just...shattered...Grrrr

emmasi Posted September 4, 2009 Report Posted September 4, 2009 I feel sick. I have felt sick for weeks. Well, months, but now it's pretty much constant. And I've almost vomited on several occasions. *Almost.* I'm queasy right now... Tired too. I spent most of last week asleep when I wasn't aching too much to do so. I got a doctor's certificate for the days I missed, but I don't know if that will carry over to me handing in an assignment late this week. Doesn't help that the teacher isn't returning my emails. It's just so annoying. I know I'm sick, but I don't always look sick, so it's hard to make people believe me I keep taking days off and my parents are giving me attitude about it, like they care more about me passing this semester than I do. I don't see them spending hours and hours researching and writing assignments to the point of exhaustion, which for me isn't very far into it, so then I have to push through the exhaustion until my brain completely shuts down and all that remains is my ability to ramble on autopilot without really thinking about anything. Kind of like I'm doing now...
