My left arm has been aching all day

^^ I still remember those days It's always worse for a couple of days after you have been to the orthodontist.

Yeah, I've had them tightened ten or so times and now it is just pain. . Can't wait to get them off next year.

Back to the doctors on Monday, two weeks ago I had a blood test at the surgery, and last week I had a letter through saying I need to see my GP to discuss the results. But when I was in hospital last month I had loads of blood tests done and they all came back normal, so I hope it will be okay at my appointment, with what my doctor says on Monday
