Awww *hugs* Whats wrong with him/her ? thanks a family member was diagnosed with 1st & secondary cancer two months ago :/ as i'm sure a lot of board members would be able to identify, it's a rough & mentally / emotionally exhausting change to life.

My Nan suffered from cancer, and in the end, she lost the battle. I know how hard it is find the right words to say. I found it hard to be able to comfort my Nan. Hopefully, everything will sort itself out Symphony. If you need to talk to anyone, let me know. Georgia x
Lesley Bee Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 My thoughts are with you and your family Symphony I know exactly how you are feeling, my dad was diagnosed with Prostate cancer last year and i found it really hard to know what to say to him, on the morning he was going in for his surgery i couldn't even look at him without bursting into tears. I think its hard to know what to say, but i just eneded up going with my instinct.
Mrs Bishop Posted September 14, 2009 Report Posted September 14, 2009 I dont think any word in a situation like this mean any thing is was all i could manage to keep my chin up with out the words, it seams what ever you say sems to come out wrong all you can do is give a hug and leave the reast up to God.

And I appreciate 100% more than you could know all the good thoughts / prayers! i would put in a hug smiley if we had one.

adellejefferiesxox Posted September 15, 2009 Report Posted September 15, 2009 I went to visit my friend today, she's very sick She gets very tired and doesn't have much energy during the day. She is on medication, she I hate seeing her like this - because she has so much potential in life (she's so smart) and is a great friend. She can't even attend school regularly because she's so sick.
