Sit-Ups are no god Loz...If you wanna lose your stomach you should do some Cardio work. Sit-Ups will give you a 6-pack under the fat and will make your stomach appear bigger.

Just watch your diet and do some running, swimming, aerobics, bike riding, soccer etc and it will be gone in no time =]

Thanks, so much. I need to lose so much weight!!!! Hopefully it'll help. Right now, I am trying to starve-But eat. You know?

Try pilates (sp?) too. Our dance teacher used to make us do that and it worked wonders. Also, my sister and I began a boxing class at the beginning of the year. It's not so much boxing but constant movement. I reccomend that if you're trying to become fit.

Well for a fact dont starve yourself whatever you do. The main key is exercise.

I know I shouldn't starve, but it is so tempting (sp?) it is the easiest way for me to lose about 5-10kg!!!! My poppa has lost 12kg in the last 4 weeks, because he has been sick, I wish I was sick, to lose weight!

No you dont wish you were sick hun, My dad had that he lost 5kgs in 3 days and I admit I was tempted to do what you try to do but I always have my moments where I compare myself to my friends because they are pretty skinny too but I always pull myself back into line and i get alot of support from my mates too.

You always have the BEST advice! Thanks, I may just cut down on my food intake, and do A LOT of exercise!
