A very involved episode: We sometimes struggle with only a couple of storylines but there was at least four distinct plot threads in this one! Stevie is obviously someone who likes being in control and getting what she wants, which makes the fact she's at the mercy of this stalker hard for her to take: She did show a hint of vulnerability when she was left alone.Cash seemed to be being as stiff as possible in their interactions. On the one hand, walking away because Stevie refuses to do as he says doesn't really help, but on the other, I can see why he'd think there's no point if he's just going to be ignored.

It had been so long that I was expecting it to be forgotten about so I was delighted to see Xander taking Mackenzie to task for the cowardly way she got Felicity to pass along her criticisms second hand. She was suitably chastened, even if she spend half the shift mooning over Levi, which is kind of how she got in this situation in the first place.I'm still unconvinced that her resolve to end things will last.I also remain bewildered at how eager Levi is to throw his life away: Is he just trying to convince himself that he's risked his marriage for something worthwhile?

I can understand Bree's concerns but that ultimatum could have backfired badly and almost did.As it stands, they're in an awkwardly explosive impasse.Remi doesn't want to lose her but he doesn't want to give in to her demands either so he has settled on...pretending. I guess he's hoping that once the memory has faded and she isn't so passionate about it, he'll be able to talk Bree into letting him ride the bike again.I was surprised at the reference to Mercedes: I must admit, if it hadn't been for a BTTB article mentioning it, I'd have completely forgotten that Remi's only meant to be looking after the bike for her!

John, Marilyn and Irene made a nice comedy trio with John's sudden determination to do something nice for Justin and Leah causing him to get ahead of himself.I think Irene's right: John might be a penny-pincher, but once he gets an idea in his head, it's very hard to get it out.

Stevie was coming across as one of those celebs  where people/hangers-on pander to their every demand hence her "No-one says no to me" but then maybe they should and which Cash very wisely said. Cash had to be the way he was all that training as a cop kicking in.  I can kind of see where she was coming from why she should she hide herself away just because this stalker has got her in his sights.  Have to say her security has been pretty crap if they were able to get into her home, take photos of her sleeping then  just leave.  Apparently then she is this TV/film star who's appeared in this blockbuster?  She is attractive so I wonder what Eden will make of Cash's new 'job'?  I'm guessing that is where the posh folk live going by the size of the marina.

Eden, it seems, had just visited Levi and Imogen again  and has got caught up on the Bree/Remi/bike ultimatum.  She was on Bree's side  it seemed, she was also there, when allowed, to see the state he was in.  Perhaps he needed to hear it from another person's perspective. She brought up the very good argument what if it had been the other way round?  Bree and Remi made up, again, and he has for now arranged for it to be put into storage but he did lie to Bree when he told her it was until Mercedes came back for it, but that isn't what we heard him say.

I'm guessing it was  a coincidence Levi bumped into Mac in the lift and he really was there for a consultation.  :offtopic:I loved her yellow suit.

He was  a tad persistent insisting on talking to her and still wanting to finish his marriage for her and to give her her due she seemed very determined she wanted nothing more to do with him.  She was very observant by spotting Eden coming up on them so quickly changed the subject.  Eden was also surprised as she had only see him that morning.

Good for Xander being so aloof with Mac until she admitted she was in the wrong about the way he was treated via Felicity.  I'm sure it would have gone  a lot smoother if Eden hadn't brought Levi into Salt, or was it his idea and he sat facing the bar so Mac couldn't avoid eye contact  so making her  distracted so wasn't paying attention to what Xander  was saying.

May be totally wrong but could it be Imogen railroaded Levi into dating, getting engaged, married - there are some females like that out there.  They are that fixated into their five/ten year plan of what they want their life to be like and how it should go they don't considers other's feelings.  He did say she zeroed into him.  Now, although he is going the wrong way about it, Levi feels in control of his life, he's chosen Mac who's an independent woman who's got her own business, home.

John, Maz and Irene - 🤣.  Can't really see John getting into flowers, table layouts, invites.  The thought of Justin and Leah being married by a nude celebrant - mind boggling! If it was a windy day think of where all that sand would be going.  How long would it take him to get a celebrant's licence?  Shouldn't Marilyn or Irene warn Justin?

"Nobody says no to me"

Stevie, I just did as a viewer!😝👎

Eden's fangirling had me cringing a bit, almost as bad as Tim and Steve on Corrie with Tommy Orpington until recently...

Mac/Levi; I hope you both get caught and Imogen goes 🤪 on you! Preferably with a Bat, Harley Quinn style.  Sooner Dr Ratbag leaves and Mac gets her head back out the clouds, the better.

Dana, you broke the first rule of Summer Bay, don't talk to the Press. Seems like her head turns v. Easily.

Alf's episode count this week:Three. Leah doesn't appear at all, with her week in the clinic apparently taking longer than expected.

Well, Cash seems to have made an impression on Stevie, and not just by looking good in a suit. And turns out Eden is pretty keen on an excuse to hang around one of her idols! Still, it seems Stevie's agreement to follow all Cash's instructions hasn't lasted very long.To be honest, I'm sympathising with her a bit here at hating the idea of being locked away in a suite and not seeing anyone. It's hard to tell whether Cash is being over the top or not, but can he really keep this up indefinitely?

Talking of keeping things up indefinitely...To the surprise of no-one, Mackenzie's resolve over Levi didn't take long to crumble yet again and she's soon sending him another needy text. It remains hard to see this ending well for either of them for all their claims of wanting to be with each other.

It's always nice to see Alf go full Alf on an interloper, but unfortunately Dana chose the wrong person to prove a point to Xander with, and despite a previous warning from Harper, soon proved that she can rival Irene and John in the saying way too much stakes.

I'm glad Cash put Flick straight, as always; she still has alot of growing up to do in a sense and trying to pretend she wants to foster as a way to tempt Tane back shows her still almost teenage mentality.

I wouldn't trust Flick with a pot plant to be honest and her immediate angry teenager tantrum to Cash proved his point, also it technically would have something to do with him as he does co-lease the house I believe.

Stevie, typical jumped up one-hit wonder who is fighting Cash purely because she knows if she didn't appear on her socials she'd be forgotten by the end of the week, though Eden did make me chuckle with her barely contained fangirling...we all went there once a very long time ago.

I get both Bree and Remi's sides, a lot of emergency doctors really do dislike motorbikes as sometimes you have irresponsible riders but also in equally amount you have innocent rider and irresponsible/hateful drivers but the consequences can be horrendous. However, Remi is clearly a competent rider and up to now has been safe. H&Alover, you make an excellent point that Remi's injuries would likely have been exagerated by Wes and Mickey's manhandling.  Huge amount depends on the rider knowing their limits too, like you'll get people having a midlife crisis and buy a bike because they had a pop-pop in their teens but then buy a behemoth after years off, it's bound to be trouble. (Grew up around motorcyclists, Dad has ridden since 16 and is still riding now in his 70's had two accidents in that time, one caused by a deer would you believe) and Remi strikes that though he have done the odd ton in life, he knows what he's handling. Bree's mania is a tad controlling and their is perhaps a ghost of her husband's behaviour there but I think that's unintentional. I'll admit Remi's analogy was clumsy, he could've used surfing, dangerous if done incorrectly.

Oh Dana, you silly silly girl, desperation breeds madness clearly!

Mac, what did you expect, you were practically begging Levi to move in the other week, pot kettle much? Yes, wayyyyy too early for big gestures but I hope Mac remembers this when no-one has sympathy for her when she's left for dust though, really hoped she'd have more self-respect.

Ooh, hope it wasn't too serious.
