Claudia had every right to be angry Leah kind of scared Justin into keeping it secret that his going to become Claudia’s driver My gosh Leah could get you to confess to a murder you didn’t do when she starts ranting I feel like my heads going to pop like a balloon

I do have some sympathy with Claudia, although I'd like to think I'd be slightly more gracious in her shoes - even if not with Justin and Theo, who she does have good reason to be peeved at, then certainly with Bree. OK, I understand that we the viewers are getting all the signs that Bree is going overboard with her precautionary tests in the wake of losing Felicity, but Claudia isn't to know that. Precautionary tests happen all the time in medicine, and I'm fairly sure that if I were in her shoes, I'd be grateful that the doctor thought to double-check and relieved that nothing more serious was wrong, rather than whinging that I'd had to come in because nothing untoward was found. And as for Theo, I guess I'd retort to her anger that he'd only been qualified a couple of months with, "Well, everyone's only qualified for a couple of months at some point" - except that it'd probably lead to an even lengthier rant. She is justified in feeling angry and frustrated with them, but I can't help wondering if there's more to it and if she's laying it on a bit thick to keep them creeping around her. Her injuries may be genuine but it doesn't mean she isn't going to use them to milk things beyond their worth, potentially. My soapie sixth sense is also twitching at the possibility that she's being prickly for another reason: because Justin's charm is going to wear her down and she's going to end up making a play for him.

Elsewhere, Marilyn continues to circle the pregnant lady like a vulture, and John gets involved for want of any meaningful storylines of his own.

Now I'm thinking Tango ad from 1993 where the Old Lady is about to Pop the Orange Balloon but only explodes herself!🤣

(God the 90s were WTF)

But Dude I hear ya... Leah's mouth going 30 to the Dozen you're like "Who put a penny in you this morning?!"

The scene in Wednesday's episode last week was sad with Gary talking about Cash and Felicity.  You could tell by the way Marilyn, Leah and Alf were looking at him they felt very sorry for him.  I thought the music in the background especially made it especially more meaningful.  Also felt sorry for Mackenzie when she started crying when she saw the picture of Felicity in the storeroom and recalled when they first went into partnership at Salt.

I can't imagine what is must be like working with Kirby although I did think Mali was out of line and his apology was definitely required.

I'm not sure Levi's handled the situation with Abigail all that well.  He's let her steal from him.  He's tried to handle her all on his own and only involved Eden because he felt he had no alternative.  He helped himself to medical supplies rather than taking Abigail to the hospital and I was kind of disappointed Bree just let it go when she caught him.  He's also lying to Mackenzie - I was glad Eden called him out for that because as I mentioned before, I think it's problematic.

Bree's definitely not herself.  As someone who doesn't like Dana and doesn't think she's a particularly nice person, I didn't mind Bree being rude to her.  To me it seemed that Dana confronting Bree about her behaviour was more about Bree being short with her as opposed to what happened with Claudia, although I do accept there is genuine concern.

I actually don't mind Claudia at all and think her behaviour was very understandable.  I wouldn't be happy if I was in her position.  I can see where Theo was coming from trying to apologise but it probably wasn't the right time.  I really wasn't happy with Leah having a go at Claudia even though I wasn't keen on the way Claudia was towards Theo.  She should realise in certain situations you have to remain calm.  Thankfully Justin was rational enough to recognise this.

I do feel a bit bad for Harper having to deal with both Marilyn and John trying to conduct their normal information gathering exercises under the guise of concern re the pregnancy and Tane.

So dumbo Justin is doing what he normally does, hiding something he shouldn't from Leah, it's getting a bit old now and we all know how it ends. He'll be found out Leah will have a fit and then she'll forgive him - roll credits. Good to see a new character who can act though.

I feel sorry for Tane being pulled both ways by two needy individuals, luckily he has the charm to deal with them, just hope he sets the boundaries with Harper or she'll have him on a string. Talking of feeling sorry, I'm actually beginning to sympathise with Mac and the men in her life. Firstly with Levi and his attention seeking smack addict sister Abigail, giving her money for drugs was bad judgement and weak, but that's what we've come to expect from Levi. Then with Cash interfering in her business, doesn't he have a job already? Be interesting to see how all this pans out.

I'm not going to be popular but I don't like Claudia or her attitude to people and the way she is with  them, I bet she's not an easy boss to work for.  Theo didn't have to admit it was him that worked on her car and why did she assume that just because he was young and he'd  only been qualified for three months, it was all his fault.   Justin himself said it could have happened to anyone.   Leah was overreacting but as I've said it's Claudia's attitude. Mac or Leah would be more understanding, btw how/why did Claudia chose Justin's garage?  It's not as if it's  a high end garage in the city.  OK, Justin has offered his services as her driver and already we've seen her putting demands on him to be there a certain time and not be late. How is that going to work with working at the garage, will he drop everything to rush to her side when she demands it?   How will he explain that to Leah?   No more secrets remember.

Oh btw atrus many new doctors have only been qualified for  a few months at some time and people do ask if they know what they are doing, plus the usual question "aren't you too young to be a doctor?"

Two sides with Bree and her perhaps panicking and calling Claudia back in to check there wasn't anything wrong with her neck which may cause problems down the line.  She could be overreacting after what happened to Felicity, but as we've said there wasn't anything anyone could have done there, no-one missed anything.  But then some symptoms do show up later so in a way she did the right thing just to be sure. Anyone else would be OK about it and glad to be doubly sure nothing was wrong.   I think Bree behaved towards her after was maybe relief that she hadn't missed something, you can't tell a patient that can you, but she did keep checking the CT scan.   Dana seemed to handle Claudia very well,  skirted her questions as to why Bree needed to do another CAT scan as a simple precaution as of course she couldn't go into details as she isn't  a doctor so not qualified to give an opinion.   As I mentioned before Bree had asked Dana's opinion about that guy then dismissed her query about Claudia.

Dana was worried enough about Bree to mention it to Remi, again without going into too much detail and Bree had ducked out of their date. He causally dropped into the hospital but got short shrift from her which I was glad to see she apologised for later.

It appears from what Xander was saying to Theo he and it seems Mac are having problems with Cash now he's decided he wants to be involved with Salt, Mac it appeared sent him home but is now bombarding them with texts and emails thinking he knows more than they do about running a restaurant.

It has been mentioned that Levi was giving money to Abi to buy drugs to stop her getting into the trouble she nearly got herself in.   Abi didn't want to go to hospital and you can't force someone to go.

For once Dana  was keeping quiet about someone else's business so not a surprise she told John off, the way he was with Harper, grilling her about where she, Tane and the baby were going to live Mac's place already is a tad overcrowded, Irene may not be in the best place to have  anew born at hers.   Just before that  she  been grilled by Marilyn about how involved Tane was going to be before the birth, was he going to any appointments, birthing classes.  John and Maz  should join forces and interrogate Harper together, they'd be  a good team.   As Harper said to Dana her and Tane do need to have the 'talk' once he comes back from his camping trip with Perri.

To balance his nosiness John had been doing  his Good Samaritan act by leaving food on Cash's doorstep but hadn't had any contact with him so asked Remi if he'd seen him.  Does Remi know that Eden is with Levi?

All new doctors. In fact, all doctors.

Yes and it's a fundamentally silly question. If they were too young to be a doctor, they wouldn't be doctoring!

I wonder if Leah is slowly realising that she’s abit of the nag or that Justin might be abit scared of her I find it quite amusing really

Your chances of winning competitions give it writing or painting are pretty slim so it’s quite realistic for Mali to lose at least he was a finalist even getting that far is near impossible

Leah was in full-on shrew mode with her ranting about Claudia, which reinforces my belief that she definitely wouldn't be any more reasonable than Claudia if the shoe was on the other foot and someone she didn't know had made a mistake that left her injured with a relatively long recovery period. (I'm not sure why Claudia's being criticised for thinking Theo was at fault when, platitudes aside, he was at fault and has admitted it.) To be fair, Leah did calm down once she was off her hobby horse, and Justin really isn't doing anyone any favours by sneaking around with Claudia behind her back. Isn't Theo going to notice that Justin isn't at the garage when Leah thinks he is?

Harper was being spectacularly needy, but did have a point about Tane making vague promises without making any real attempt to do anything to support her or the baby. Perri was unnecessarily short about Tane being out when Rose came round, but I'm willing to cut him some slack given he's only young and doesn't really have anyone other than Tane. Harper is meant to be a grown-up and needs to start behaving like one. I wonder if Cash walking away from the sight of Tane cuddling up to Felicity's understudy means we might get a reaction other than gushing enthusiasm to two people who've never dated having an unplanned pregnancy.

Alf actually gives John another compliment, even if he is soon calling him the new Colleen Smart. At least it was said light-heartedly but I don't think John really has Colleen's nasty judgemental side. I was sure it was being set up for Mali to win. Kirby really shouldn't have got his hopes up as much as she did.

I'll admit when I had an operation back in my teens the surgeon came around and I'd swear he looked even younger than me!

Bree attitude to Dana is your typical senior doctor/consultant attitude. 'I am better than you, you serve me' style. Dana is right on the money in that she is clearly not in her right mind at the moment, perhaps Dana would be better placed speaking to a senior of the hospital, to at least flag it.

Claudia is a princess, I think she should have been a bit more gracious at that moment and methinks what Justin has offered is enough i.e. paying med bills and repairs, though I would've suggested her hiring a driver rather allowing him to do it, legally he could get himself into more trouble.

Sadly Harper is playing the stereotypical illogical overemotional preggo at the moment, Perri may be 18 but he is still vulnerable, especially with the trial coming up. I felt sorry for him about the guilt part it's a strange thing that can happen in cases like his. Tane is trying to give him stability and also trying to make an idea in a sense of next steps, fair but Harper throwing her toys out the pram was not good and basically threatening isn't the way to get your own way.
