Well it seemed all it needed was a simple question to be asked and a simple answer given, Harper  "What day are you in court?"  Perri "Thursday". DUH!   Harper it seems hasn't forgotten she's a SW and offered to help Perri with prepping for it.  Did make me smile when Harper offered to help pack up the gear he was using and him saying she shouldn't be doing that in her 'condition' - men eh?🙄  Then it made sense to her why Tane was so diffident about going to the scan  which she duly tackled him about.  I said she'd understand about it and was more than happy to change dates which Perri can't do.   On the subject of Perri he does and I can see why with his background become very dependent on Tane, he got muffed again when he missed his second meetup with Rose.

It was good to see she  didn't give up on Cash walking off after seeing her and Tane hugging. This time it really wasn't what it looked like which she got him to see, explained that her and Tane and aren't  a couple and will just be co-parenting.

That walk did seem to have helped Cash somewhat, he's tided up, emptied the pool of leaves and other debris.  It also seems he's staying and has accepted Tane's offer to move back in, it's going to be awkward/upsetting  for him too seeing as he lived there with Felicity.  They were brothers-in-law too.    Perri did seem very otm seeing the pool.

I can totally see why Mac is upset, to put it mildly, with Cash he is bombarding her with his 'new' ideas thinking he'll save 'them' money and get better deals but as Mac tried to say nicely, then more aggressively he doesn't know anything about the restaurant business so maybe he should be there as  a silent partner, see how it runs day to day for about a week, then offer his suggestions.  He was being a lot more than a bit of  a pain.  Mac and Flick  were doing pretty good for a restaurant in a  small seaside town, it had it's ups and downs but every business does. She told him twice about him not being allowed behind the bar as he didn't have a RSA, and him being a cop too, so he's going to get one. Btw has he forgotten he has a job/career or is he not going back to being a  cop?

I don't think he would have got such a lambasting if she hadn't found out about Levi lying about where he'd been. Bad timing him getting that text from Eden before he left so both got both barrels. I know she didn't agree  with him giving money to Abby - see I got it right😆 - for drugs but she's his sister, wouldn't she want to help Dean if he he was in the same position?  As said before you can't make someone to go to hospital if they don't want to.

But Kirby really did believe Mali would win, especially as that woman gave such  a misleading email.  A Special Commendation was pretty up there though seeing as it was the first one he'd entered.

Does appear from what we saw Abby is not happy about moving in with Remi.  It did hint at something when we saw her at Eden and Cash's Engagement party, she wasn't comfortable him being there, perhaps she had a  crush on him and he turned her down. There is no way he'd  try it on with a young girl which she would have been at the time.  He may have been a   flirty Berty but he hit on  fully grown women and backed off when he found they had someone.

Alf's episode count this week:Two, and he was credited on Tuesday for no appearance.

Abigail seemed to be full of energy again...at least until she had to cope with people other than Eden and Levi and wasn't the centre of attention anymore.I can kind of see her perspective at having all her family members abandon her one by one, but while you can understand her resenting Remi and Kirby because they were the ones Eden was spending time with instead of her when she was a child, it's a bit much that she's still acting like they did something wrong now she's basically an adult.(Did she not have friends of her own to hang out with? Huh. Maybe not.) Levi springing her on Mackenzie wasn't the smartest move either and it'd serve her right if her attitude gets her thrown out.

It was unfair of Mackenzie to leave Xander to wrangle Cash when he doesn't even have her authority, although fortunately (with a bit of help from Remi) he did manage to keep him in line. Xander's idea wasn't without merit - even though they were both closer to Mackenzie, Felicity liked and trusted him and would probably be fine with him taking over - but expecting Cash to agree to it so readily was always a tricky prospect. Even though he seems to be being a bit more friendly to everyone else, Cash continues to be as cold as ice with Eden. It's a shame he had such an easy riposte to Levi trying to take him to task.Maybe Remi should have persevered? I think she handled it the best way at the end, going "You want to run this place? Fine. But I still work here and I'm not going to get out of your face just because of your weird hang-ups. Deal with it."

I do think there's a lot of sense in Xander buying half of the business. Cash may want to protect what Felicity's built but the best way to do that is by handing the reins to someone who worked with her, knew where she wanted in the business to go and intends on honouring that, as Xander said. Rather than Cash, who knows sod-all about hospitality, stocking the fridges from the front and generally stomping around the place like a bear with a sore head. I do think he's treating Eden abysmally, to the extent that he's very successfully making me sympathise with a character I never really had much time for, and a few weeks on from Flick's death, I don't think there's any excuse for it whatsoever. Clearly he's not intelligent enough to have thought about what would happen when the results of both his pigheaded positions collide: having to work at Salt with Eden. Well, I'm sorry but it serves him right. The way he's been behaving I fully expect he'll try to get her sacked on Monday, but we'll see.

I could sympathise more with Abi over her smack addiction than I can over her maintaining a bizarre grudge from her childhood against Eden's friends, so I'm hoping there's a bit more to it than that which is yet to be revealed - maybe more involving Kirby than Remi, I don't know?

Xander in someways would be better placed with Salt as he probably knew more about Flick's plans than Cash ever would and understand them better. I'm glad Eden fronted him, she's grieving as much as he is but she's right, his hang up shouldn't cost her her job.

I loved the fun scene at the pool with Perri and Tane and their tussle, reminded me very much of when Ari and Nikau were around.

I'm glad my initial thought about why Abby was so off with Remi was wrong.  OK Abby is carrying her grudge/resentment towards  Remi and Kirby  on a bit much.  But she would have only been a kid, pre-teen when dad left them for another woman, then big brother Levi did the same leaving her and Eden to help and support their mum, then Eden left to go off to join Lyrik, mum, as she said, was still running the family business so she was  left to her own devices, maybe as said she didn't have  many friends so relied a lot on family.  As everyone had gone she didn't get to vent at the time, wouldn't want to put any more burden on mum. Now she can articulate how she was feeling so let Cash have it with full barrels.   Remi, of course wouldn't have a clue why he was getting such stick.

Only choice Levi had to take Abby back to the Farmhouse and he did try and tell Mac they had a house guest but  she was babbling on so much he didn't get the chance.  At least Abby gets her own room this time.  They did so clash but I do have this funny feeling they may gel and actually get on, once Abby accepts Mac's house rules,  both Tane and Mali did.    I did ask this question before but how would have Imogen got on with Abby, I'm supposing they hadn't met at some point?

It was  a good idea of Xander's, though maybe waking Mac up at silly o'clock after had having a bad night's sleep after due to the bust up the night before wasn't the best time to spring his brilliant idea on her.    He does know the business and has been said before stood in for both Mac and Flick, been there to pick up the pieces when they've had their fallings out.  Case in point Mac stomped off  after the bust up with Levi leaving him to deal with things - again.  She did snap at Xander, nothing new there, but did apologise.  Maybe be a tad too soon to put on an event.    I'd forgotten completely about the money Xander would have been left by his dad and his compo from when he had to leave the paramedics so can afford to put in an offer.  How long do you put off asking someone who has just lost someone who was the half owner of your place of work to  sell their share to you?   Cash feels that Salt is the only thing that connects him to Felicity so selling his share would be letting her go.   Would it be  a crazy idea they could join forces and run it together?  That  was a poignant moment when Cash was going through the diary and saw that note from Flick, reminiscent  of Mac finding that note  from Flick in the fridge.

Cash being cold towards Eden isn't just about protecting her, he's protecting himself, we did see him break down in the store room after his exchange with Eden.  Eden wasn't sure about working in Salt around Cash, but if she's woman enough about it, he can be man enough about it too.    Flick and Mac had to work round about working shifts when they had their last fall out.

I didn't mind the scenes with Harper and Cash.  Good to focus on their friendship as it's not something we see too much of.  I actually prefer to friendship with Rose and Cash but it was just a brief hello, how are you, when will you be back at work.

I agree with others that the scenes with Tane and Harper were definitely better on Thursday.  I did feel previously Tane should have just told Harper that he had to take Perri to court but when she found out, Harper was actually very reasonable about it, agreeing to move the date of the scan so he could be present.

During Cash and Eden's engagement, I mentioned that I thought Abigail's issue with Remi was that she had a crush and it wasn't reciprocated but I'm surprised it was because Remi 'took Eden away from her'.  It's interesting that she hates Kirby too.  I wouldn't mind seeing scenes with them to reflect that.

I didn't have an issue with Mackenzie having a go at Levi because I don't like the fact that he kept Abigail hidden from her and I especially don't mind her having a go at him now he's invited Abigail to stay at hers without checking with Mackenzie first.  However, I did think she was a bit harsh with Cash.  I don't think Cash should have jumped straight in with stocking the drinks in the fridge as he does need some training but if he's inherited Felicity's share, I can't disagree with him getting involved, although I do think he would have to be fully involved, which means full time and not being able to work as a police officer.

The way Cash has been with Eden has once again made me feel sorry her.  I would even go as far as saying the scenes have made me feel slightly uncomfortable.

Jeez..  Last time a family named the Fowlers did my head in it was on a TV show in the Northern Hempisphere!

Don't like Mac much these days but glad she pulled rank as Abby was getting too lippy. Show her a boot, too, Levi or no Levi!

Yep, Abi is really not helping herself trying to make an enemy of Mack when she's already apparently enemies with the only other people she could live with - she's behaving like a stroppy 15-year-old. I really don't know what she's trying to achieve, unless the subtext is that she wants to get kicked out so she can go back to the drugs? To be honest, some tough love from Mac who never minces her words is probably just what the doctor ordered for her, but it's whether they can cohabit long enough without ripping each other's heads off to get over the bedding-in period.
