Dan F Posted August 30, 2005 Report Posted August 30, 2005 Hmm interesting techniques in tonights episode with intercutting between all the interviews around the sqaure. Not really sure EastEnders pull it off that well though....
Ashirr-Leigh Posted August 30, 2005 Author Report Posted August 30, 2005 Lol don't expect happy endings for Kat and Alfie when she finds out about him and Mo! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Let me be happy for just a little while! I think it's good that Eastenders are trying out new things with their techniques and whatever. Makes it more interesting. Tonight was another really good episode. I loved the interaction between Kat and Stacey. Stacey seemed so happy because just about no one else in the Slater family likes her! Again, Sam was great. As was Chrissie, she played the grieving widow perfectly! Sharon's reaction was just.. strange.. for want of a better word. I suppose you could never really predict how someone would react in such a situation though.

claire_louise Posted August 31, 2005 Report Posted August 31, 2005 I think Sharon was just in denial. She didn't want to believe that the body could be her dad, especially on her wedding day. Let's face it, it's about the worst luck she could have had! Letitia's 'fainting' was awful though! But luckily she had big strong Nigel to rescue her.
stressygirl Posted August 31, 2005 Report Posted August 31, 2005 I really liked last nights episode, it was good with the interviews, Alfie, Charlie Mo etc... I found Sharon fainting so unbelievably unbelievable. ... I really enjoyed the Stacey Kat scene, its like Kats her Mum as well. (Well thats kinda what it looked like to me) I really enjoyed Sam, she was just entertaining and Kim is a great actress
Dazacoulls Posted August 31, 2005 Report Posted August 31, 2005 The best bit of the ep was Alfie (Regarding the Mitchell clan) QUOTE "You might need another note pad" HA! HA! Thats was brilliant!!!! Eastenders will be lost without Alfie Moon - Big mistake to let him leave... AND Noooooooooo!!! Johnny & Ruby are leaving too... Why are all the good characters going... Whats happening!! Alfie Kat Chrissie Nana Moon Ruby Johnny Johnny's partner (Cant think of name right now) Sam Dennis Sharon (Only short term i know, but cant be allowed) Anyone else i forgot?? PUT it this way if Dot & Jim go im off too!!!
Ashirr-Leigh Posted August 31, 2005 Author Report Posted August 31, 2005 Sharon's fainting was ridiculous, lol, but I don't suppose I could do any better! I thought the Stacey and Kat interaction was a bit like mother/daughter too, it was nice.
Ashirr-Leigh Posted September 3, 2005 Author Report Posted September 3, 2005 This week of Eastenders was great!! If this is the standard now set, they have nothing to worry about. And now that Jake's back.. it's all looking up..!
claire_louise Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 I wish Jake wasn't back! He and Danny were crap! Ok, so he was the better of the two and he works quite well with Chrissie, but I really object to the fact that they're axing great characters like Tina and reinstating (IMO) average ones like Jake. This week has been good, I agree! But Chrissie's story is so full of holes, how is she getting away with it?! And Ashirr-Leigh, maybe you couldn't do a good fainting act, but at least you're not paid to!
liam99998204 Posted September 4, 2005 Report Posted September 4, 2005 I agree with Chrissies story being full of holes. I can't remember a thing about what her and Sam have told the police now! Liam
